I really enjoyed Mao/Jeff, Mao/Evgeni pairs. Now how does Mao/Yags pair sound? I know it'll make my day.
I want to see the flawless version of Mao's amazing Ballerina No.1 (Or Ballard No.1) program. I hope they aired the perfect one.
Thanks to all the posters for the YouTube clips! Y'all rock!
Question: in the "Off-ice" clip posted by laire, I think I see Morosov enter the sushi joint after Florent, is that him?
Mao/Evgeny talk show~ so cute:

Why is he even there when Miki isn't in the show?!

I am sure he has many friends and is welcome all over as he was coach of Arakawa!!
I guess so. Still wish Miki was there instead of that bastard. Thanks for the Mao clip, wnstnluv. Her performance has become more refined since the DOI show.
nsima, thank you so much for the links!
I loved Mao's program, it has improved a lot since Dreams on Ice. Better timing and more effortless twizzles. Lovely.
The opening and ending were awesome! I especially loved the musical-themed opening.
Jeff's program was gorgeous.
Kanako looks so confident! She goes into her jumps with a lot of attack, and her 3S-2L-2L is awesome. Her spiral positions improved a bit, too.
Wow, Akiko choreographed her EX program by herself? She did a great job. I'm not a big fan of Tennessee Waltz, but that program was lovely to watch. And what a gorgeous dress.
Japanese skaterboys pick the best music - first Nobu got me hooked on Jamie Callum's music, and now Taka on Safety Dance.Lovely steps!
Shen & Zhao were lovely. And their costumes!
The backstage clips were adorable. The skaters seemed to have great time together.![]()
Murakami is getting more and more lady-like every time she takes the ice.
Plushenko's program is fantastic as always.
Personally I find Mao's new gala a bit too slow and sleepy.

The fact Tarasova choreographed this extremely lyrical, serene and ethereal program is still amazing.
I think it's too early to call this Ballad no.1 a masterpiece like Por Una Cabeza or Caprice but I think this program has great potential.
That's what I thought when I recognized him. It was nice to see him for 2 seconds though. I used to be a big fan of his. circa 2002?![]()
