I try to gage how tall the contestants are by comparing them to Cat when stand next to her. I figure she's very tall-probably 5'10-11" (I think I read that) then she has heels on. Some of those kids are dwarfed by her! Robert seems to be the tallest of this crop.

Oh well-I won't be able to see it tonight anyway. Richard has to watch it without commercials! So I'll find out all about it from you, my friends....

I think he's kind of short, but I'm not sure it matters.

Cat is 5'9" (I was shocked - I thought she was taller) and wears heels to be 6'.

And so it begins. Cat with long hair and a sparkley off-white dress. Did I miss Alex in the opening bit? Or is he up right away? Weird sound problem for Cat, but she is so cool. Mia looks nice in black.

eta- At best off this week, at worst- ruptured achilles tendon. My heart is broken.

And his eyes are puffy and teary as they show him in the audience.

We were going to get him doing a Foxtrot with Anya, and Bollywood with Adechike.

Alex will not be able to dance tonight due to an injury during rehearsal. They think he tore his Achilles. If that is true, he will be out. If he is able to perform next week, he'll be placed in the bottom 3 and judged.
