I think that the old generalization (especially in USA) that all male skaters must be gay and if they are dating/marrying somebody, they are just trying to hide that they are gay, should gradually die.... These days there surely are a lot male skaters that are not gay. I remember already from near past = from late 90´s that Galindo kind of complained about COI tour that there was no company for him any more, LOL. And I believe also that some of the male skaters might be gay, but one should not automatically believe that somebody is gay, because he is a skater.

I saw him perform live in a gala earlier this year and was impressed. He was wearing a horrid bright yellow shirt though. Wish them all the best. I just don't understand how anyone would want to marry in Las Vegas for 199 dollars (starting price...), but of course: tastes differ!
