so weinzierl and hecken are almost tied after sp of bavarian open.

unbelievable isabel drescher: landed 3t3t, 3sal with probs and 2a but bad tes.
all spins got level 1 or 2. it's the same since 3 or 4 years.

we know her jump content didn't improve that much, but with solid 3t3t and 3sal, 2a she should be in reach after sp and she is miles behind. it's so obvious from the outside that all her levels are so low i cannot understand why. her coach has to see this!!!

    WEINZIERL

I was really impressed with her at Euros. Disastrous start to the LP and a great comeback to secure her Worlds spot.

    Very inspiring.

solid win of weinzierl, 10 points ahead of hecken.

250points for world standings are good for her

    Nathalie
I wish Nathalie had switched coaches soon but at least this season she can show her talent and potential and reeks in the rewards.

wonder when some of the otheres realize its time to change coaches. Hecken has been with hers since she was small child and doesn't seem to progress anymore.

    absolutely right with hecken.
she hasn't progressed since 2010, she'd rather became more inconsistent. her 3t3t isn't there anymore for sure, flip and lutz never landed cleanly, there surely should be some change.

    same with liebers.
same level since i knew him and this is long time ago. i can't see why all these guys stick with striegler.
i really don't like her coaching, sorry .

julia pfrengle? i cannot see this coming.
she had a great season with 2010 with 10th place finish at junior worlds but similar to isabel drescher she hasn't progressed since this early success.
don't know why she didn't compete at this years nationals, but i cannot see her making any team in near time

She is / was injured and as far as I know its taking a lot longer to fully recover and her dad being a doctor is probably not letting her back onto the ice until she is 100% again

Here is an interview with Stefano Caruso courtesy of FigureSkating-Online.com
    http://www.figureskating-online.com/stefano-caruso.html
(May need to use Google Translate)
The site also features interviews from some of the skaters at the recent Bavarian Open, including Penny Coomes/Nick Buckland (who talk about their European championships results and training with Evgeny) and Isabella Tobias/Deividas Stagniunas (who talk about citizenship and injuries) - worth checking out!

Annabelle Prölss/Ruben Blommaert interview in German following their 7th place finish at 2013 Junior Worlds (includes English translation): http://www.figureskating-online.com/...blommaert.html
    Excerpt:
Anabelle: It's for sure sad to not be able to skate in Juniors anymore, but I think it's for the best because we can prepare for the year after, the year after Olympics, in Seniors and the others, those who move up to Juniors that year, won't be as experienced in Seniors like we are by then. I don't know what's ahead of us, but I do believe it will be a great year for us.

Ruben: We can skate everywhere next year, except for Worlds, Euros and Olympics. We have to try to earn points for the world ranking list. I think it will be a great season and we will be able to train our technique a lot because we don't go to the really big events. We can then try to do new and more difficult things. One doesn't risk the hardest elements at Junior Worlds. But I do hope we do in 2015. Now it's a year inbetween, but the year after we want to be there [at the big events].
Both just had birthdays in March - she turned 14 and he 21 - link to their ISU bio: http://www.isuresults.com/bios/isufs00013958.htm
