i surely would like to see that. but how should z/g and k/c counted together place 13th or better?

3. ita 1
4. rus 2
5. GER1 (and this is by far the best placement z/g could achieve)

7. ita 2
8. GER 2 -never see this happen because...

teams that sould be behind them for 3rd spot for GER

GBR 1, FRA 2, AZE, LTU, GBR 2, UKR, EST

i cannot see z/g came in in front of r/t or her lil´brother (whoever is sent as rus 3), so k/c have to bebehind z/g on 7. sorry. that will not happen they surely can beat some of the teams listed above, but not all of them. fortune would be totally an germans side if this happens

You're right. But .... last europeans k/c were one place behind ita2, this year k/c seems to have higher levels, so why not to think they could swich:-)) with some good luck for Germany. Never give up believe:-))

i for sure hope and will pray for a result like this, but ita2 has improved much too, let´s wait.
if they gain a 3rd spot, i will surely travel to euros 2014, just wearing a german flag and cheering my a...off

German Novice and Junior Nationals is currently underway. This is the last competition that counts towards Junior Worlds Qualifikation. The top 5 skaters in the pre-Nationals in ranking that competed at Senior Nationals were invited to compete in Juniors here.

Nathalie Weinzierl - 253,62 .... is in the middle of her exams for leaving school and I really wonder if she would want to do Junior Worlds
Annabelle Prölß - 253,06 .... is going to be at Junior Worlds in Pairs. Would the German Fed let her do both ?
Minami Hanashiro - 251,75 .... is the highest ranked age eligible skater and should get the spot for the EOYF, unless she gets Junior Worlds
Maria-K. Herceg - 241,97 .... is age eligible for EOYF
Natalia Fartushina - 240,78
Lutricia Bock - 240,11
Nicole Schott - 233,16

Well, the German Federation published guidelines earlier this season saying that who places in the top ten at Europeans automatically will be selected for Worlds. So if Nathalie wants to go to Worlds (which she said she wants when she was in Zagreb) they cannot deny her the spot. Nathalie said she feels comfortable to compete at Euros, Junior Worlds and Worlds and I think the final word is up to her coach.

there were quite a few interviews after euros, where she mentioned how happy she is to compete at worlds. i think junior worlds is just one step towards worlds. she would have quite a long break after euros, so i think this competition is good for her and maybe good for german fed toom if she is able to get in top10, this would get a second spot back for next year and more startes for jgp.

this would be great and if everything work as planned, she should secure the german olympic spot and a grand prix start for herself. this would be great motivation for next season

I really love Weinzierl's powerful jumps. Basics are not bad either. She just needs to get the finishing touches. More interesting programs, some more expression and she'll be there.

you're absolutely right. i love her for going for the harder jumps.

hecken always experienced with lutz and flip but almost never landed one of them clean in any of her programs.
weinzierl already has 2 great lutz in fs and lutz and flip in sp. but weinzierl definetly have to get solid and stong in her 2A, so many mistakes there this season, same with 3toe.
