I actually like The Cameo Tiara, as it's just so very different and I also adore Cameos. I have a very small collection of them, but would love to be able to add that piece, along w/the matching necklace to my personal Jewelry Box any day and any time.
My personal favourite of the Tiaras that Victoria's been seen wearing over the years though is the Amethyst Tiara. Both the colour and the design just really suit her IMO.
Tonight's the Gala Concert, so there should be some great pictures out and about there online right now from that. It was black tie IIRC.
Only a few more hours!!! I can't wait!!!

Looks like Madeleine wore white....or maybe it was very soft pink......a soft grey? The pix are ambiguous re: color but she looks absolutely stunning. Originally Posted by AragornElessar

edited to add...There was a private party/Dinner Dance held on Thursday night just for the younger generation of Royals and personal friends and family of Victoria and Daniel. At one point, Crown Prince Haakon, Crown Princess Mette-Marit, Princess Martha-Louise of Norway and her husband Ari Behn sang to Victoria and Daniel as part of their Wedding Gift to the two of them.
Now that I would have loved to have seen. Gifts from the Heart are always the best of gifts regardless the occasion after all.

Loved the part of the video where all those kings and queens were getting off what looked like a city bus. It makes sense, as a mode of transportation for a lot of people, but when you think of royalty, one usually thinks of shiny cars with darkly tinted windows... or horse-drawn carriages. Not buses.
BTW, I thought Letizia was stunning. I usually give that prize to Mary, but the color of the gown didn't win me over. (the nude colored one for the concert. The white gown she wore earlier was gorgeous)

Wow. How long will it take to load the church. I had no idea there were so many royals in the world.
The old royal ladies look so camp in their tiaras. But wow, the young female royals are pretty amazing looking.
