Kiri tweeted back on April 19 about having a new LP choreographed.

Felicia Zhang has registered for both Senior Ladies and Pairs at Liberty in July, but she has until the end of August to test if she decides to move up in singles.

Oh, I love that theme for Pechalat & Bourzat! It's been done before, but I think it will fit them perfectly.

That's a brilliant choice for them. I hope their music cuts differ from B&S's, because I don't think I could not compare the two (apples and oranges, I know, but I couldn't help but compare Nobu's LP with B&S's either ).

Tony Wheeler reported on his blog that Lambiel might be choreographing Takahashi's SP.

ETA: Just saw that there was a thread already discussing it.

Great choice for them! And it should safely qualify within the "uplifting" rule nonsense.

Has it been done in ice dance though? There's a lot more space for expression in ice dance.

hopefully no one. and i think Chicago needs to be added to the list, it's been used quite a bit recently. if Anna O skates to it then that's fine, she could actually do the music justice, but besides her I hope no one skates to it.

Hopefully someone! Those are all great pieces of music. It would be nice to hear some of the lesser known parts/movements from them, though.

This isn't *that* newsworthy, but Mirai Nagasu tweeted that she will not be keeping her "Pirates of the Caribbean" short program for the 2010-11 season. She said she already has a "newer better SP."

Nope sorry already got a newer better sp!RT @holysalchow @mirai_nagasu it would really make my life if you kept the POTC SP next season.

You're right, it hasn't by a high level team.
Litchman/Copely did it, but they are a mid ranking US junior team

P&B doing Chaplin should be something special.
What the hell is a Ninja Twizzle? Does it have anything to do with hard shelled aquatic life forms that live in the sewer?

Harvey & Gagnon (6th in Sr. at Canadians) did Chaplin this seasn, but they would also qualify as not a high level team. They did a fantastic job with it, but I'm sure the theme will also suit Pechelat & Bourzat well.
