Good idea, but extra time + PKs to decide a winner means there can't be a draw...
Unless, of course, the betting is only on 90 minute regulation time. Would there then be bets for extra time only? And separate bets for PKs only, if needed?

Thanks Neil - for this thread we'll use the score at the end of regulation time + extra time (e.g., 90 minutes + 2 extra minutes to compensate for stoppages). We will ignore any PKs/tiebreakers after that.
