I just realized Melissa Rycroft was the in the Design a Dance with Joey Fatone. All this time I was picturing Melissa Joan Hart dancing with Joey Lawrence!

I just discovered two things...
1. I won't be able to vote next week, I am in Europe. Will have to DVR to see what happens
2. I have lost the z key on my keyboard (had to copy and paste that one!)
(I know they are totally unrelated, but)
And 3. BROOKE is still a bimbo. Just watched her final quesiton to Chad.. Please get rid of her next season.
I was good tonight and didn't come here to get "spoiled" before the West Coast show...![]()
Thank God Chad is gone. Although I think Pam should have outlasted him and Neicy.
(now for "I'm an AAAAARTEEEST" Nicole to bite it)

I kinda preferred this one. I too was wondering what she was looking at.
WHEEEEEEE !! Maks in the final !!!
Thanks, I had to come and read what had happened about them. Need to go work this time booh.
OMG ... that look Anna gave the camera when Brooke said Evan was "shy in his package" had me. Love her!
Congratulations Evan Lysacek -- 2010 Olympic Champion!
Then you missed the crowning hair gel comment of awesome.
Corky Ballas: When Derek was a child the best way to punish him was to take away his hair gel.
Tom B after the clips: And we still use that hair gel punishment....
ETA: In case anyone forgot, ya'll heard that Derek was Brooke's partner on the show, right? </sarcasm mode>
My vote: Next year, Maks, Tony, and Jonathan get serious contenders, Derek gets the head case or joke entry.
My first chance to post since watching...
I didn't watch Joey or Melissa's seasons, so I have no idea how good they were when they were training on a weekly basis. That being said, I thought Joey was only minimally better than 85 in this dance and was really buying into what Bruno has been saying about this being the season with the stiffest competition.
I was happy about Erin making it through, but I have to give 85 credit for even doing this. It was great to learn his back story. I give major props to anyone who pulls themselves out of a not-so-great start in life. Far too commonly it goes the other way.
And everytime Brooke said "package" on Monday night I was laughing just a little bit to myself in the style of Beavis and Butthead.
Joey looked awful, and Melissa looked like she was struggling to stay on her feet with him knocking her around. I wish she'd have danced with Gilles. But it just showed how much they need a pro. With 2 celebs, they should have made the choreography more basic.
I like that Chad took this so seriously and really enjoyed himself.
I think I will have a snack and take a nap before I eat and go to sleep.
I prefer Jonathan stick to dancing with Anna. He bores me. I know he's got some impressive credits, I have liked some of what he's done on the show, and he certainly had a string of crappy partners (oh no Macy Gray), but I don't want to see a great celeb wasted on him.
Maks made it to the finals again. His third trip. He'll probably get a medium level partner next time.
Tony will be perpetually stuck with older women and head cases. It's his slot on the show. Melissa Rycroft was a fluke. Had she been cast at the start of a season, she'd have never been with Tony. The best he can hope for is that a 40-something woman has at least the dance background of Jane Seymour.
As for Melissa, she looked grossed out by Joey. The gut and the KISS makeup only made it worse. Let's go back to the original Design a Dance concept of two dance pros.
I think Brooke has alternated between dull and annoying. They can replace her even if it is Melissa Rycroft.
I think I will have a snack and take a nap before I eat and go to sleep.
Or Pam Anderson.
At least when she'd say "package" she'd know what she was talking about!![]()

Don't worry - you can see Chad Reality Show II on VH1 this summer:

I love their executive decision at the end.
By the way, a lot of you nominated Kate Gosselin. Sorry. Executive decision: She is neither hidden nor a gem. Fringe Fairy don’t play that game. Thank you anyway, and thank you DANCMSTRs one and all for your fabulous nominations!![]()

I remember seeing Anna's mother a couple of seasons ago giving advice to her daughter's celebrity partner at the time.
Here's a blast from the past: The Pussycat Dolls performing while Anna and Jonathan dance:
