Hey, Bonheur is never painful to watch! (I guess I tend to see only him when he is skating)

We should ask him to always skate shirtless

Yes, interesting. So maybe they are thinking of Alexei Urmanov as new coach for Brian Joubert? He has no other international top student right now.

Maybe, but according to the FFSG website Urmanov is currently teaching a workshop for the top French singles skaters (except for Joubert) so it would make sense for Gailhaguet to meet with him at least once during this workshop, even if they aren't considering him for Joubert.

I hope Urmanov has a successful student soon. I enjoy seeing him in the kiss&cry.

Asides from jumps I wonder if Canac's skating skills will compensate Bonheur's weakness is this area.
Canac&Coia were so smooth while Bonheur and his partners seemed to have issues regarding speed and flow.

I´m just happy I still can watch Bonheur competing, good luck to him and Canac

Spanish dancer and choreographer Najarro is really getting lot of work (and too of course) with French skaters. Joubert, Pechalat/Bouzart and Carron/Jones. He´s everywhere this next season.
Zorry my english, I´m a verrrrrry rude spaÑish

It's been posted on the Brian Joubert Facebook fan page that Najarro has commented on his site that he choreographed Brian's short program to Malaguena. Don't know how reliable that information is, but there you have it.

Yes to Najarro but do we *really* have to listen to Malaguena again... :/

Joubert had some interesting and original music choices in the past, shame about him reverting to a tired warhorse.

Or a Malaguena with hip thrusts.
To think that fun is simple fun, while earnest things are earnest, proves all too plain that neither one thou truthfully discernest.

    So no James/Coia?
That'd leave Canac/Bonheur the new French No. 1

Well there is still Mélodie Chataignier/Mehdi Bouzzine and junior champs Anne Laure Letscher/Bruno Massot who are skating senior this year.
