IMO, this is the hardest of the flying spins, at least the ones I have been taught.

Here's Kulik's spin. Actually it is a death drop variation, not a flying sit. However, in this one he lands in a forward sit. I have also seen him land this in a fcamel but cannot find the link. ~.25 He also does a great cantilever and arabian cartwheel in this program.
