Condolences to her family and friends -- what a horrible year they have had.
R.I.P. Lynn, you will always be a young and lively Georgy Girl in my mind.

R.I.P. 67 is so not old - but unfortunately cancer doesn't care about ageShe was a wonderful actress - so very classy and she will be missed.
Wow, I don't think I knew she'd had cancer. And for a minute I'd forgotten about the other family tragedy just a year ago.
I heard she was extremely ill just a few days ago...so sadShe seemed to be everywhere in the '80s...RIP

I loved her in Georgy Girl (and the song, too!).
Reading an article on her death, I found out that her brother Corin had died only about a month ago. Coupled with Natasha Richardson's death last year, I can't imagine what Vanessa must be going through.
Watching this clip is now awfully sad:

How sad. All of the losses in the Redgrave family. RIP.
She was an amazing actress, a pioneer for working women's rights, and a very courageous person.
I will miss her.
Peace and comfort to her family and friends.
She was taken way too soon, but left us with some wonderful memories. R.I.P.

How terrible for her family. Vanessa Redgrave, in particular, has a had a very difficult year.
Bummer. I always enjoyed her acting, her personality on talk shows, and her bucking-the-formula beauty. We will miss you, Lynn.
She was my favorite actress from the Redgrave family.
One of her superb perfomances was in Shine as Gillian, the wife of David Helfgott (played by Geoffrey Rush).

RIP.
Oh my God!RIP
Soooo sad - especially with all the recent losses in the Redgrave family.
I have a happy memory of her talking to Mr. Accordion after a show Off-Broadway. She was incredibly gracious!
I have always enjoyed her performances and her honesty about her journey in life. RIP and condolences to her family.
