I was wondering why no one had started this thread.
The first few off the top of my head:
* My perennial nominee, Joubert
* Craig Buntin
* Javier Fernandez
A few other up and comers and also some dancers. (Brezina's kind of cute.)
If it's not just competitors from this season, then there's a bunch of "oldies-but-goodies" I'd add. [Kurt Browning, still got it going on IMHO.

Brian Joubert - simply gorgeous, isn't his smile the most beautiful thing you've ever seen?
Fabian Bourzat - very handsome man, unfortunately usually in terrible costumes
John Kerr - dangerously hot lately
Robin Szolkowy - exotic in a very hot way
plus:
Charlie White - golden curls and pure cuteness, but I think Charlie is just more charming than handsome, that's why he's here
Massimo Scali - but only with his look from this season
Adam Rippon is pretty, too pretty for a man or to call him handsome
Tomas Verner has his moments as well
