That's true of the original, too. The entire chorus consists of lie di lie.

    Dear Lee,

I have only bought one Idol song off iTunes this year. It was one of yours. At some point, I would like to buy another one.

    But this isn't it.

    Sincerely,

    Possible Future Stalker PL

WTF is Randy going on about "year of the artist"? Has he been listening this season?

Hard to do The Boxer with meaning when you only get two lyrics off. But it did sure as hell beat the first song.

If the judges like this I may cry.

Tim sings Better Days not so well, but I guess it's okay for him....seeing he's being judged differently.

Slezak had a great skating comparison for Tim in this week's Idolatry. He said applauding Tim on Tim's standard is like complimenting a bad skater who manages to land a single axel.

Aaron's choice is one of my least favorite songs of all time. Those people waving their arms in the front row are making it worse.

Isn't I Believe I Can Fly hard to sing for a professional singer? Aaron took on too much with this, he doesn't have the vocal chops.

Words can not explain how much this song blows. Even when sung well. (Aaron is merely singing it mediocrally. Which is apparently not a word.)

"I Believe I can Fly" for those on the West Coast. Seriously, though, at this point, I'd go out and get an ice cream or something. I'm going to regret this hour.

Are these people in the audience high? I don't understand the jubilant applause for these people.

I believe that they have had some of the stuff that made ellen fly in the '70s.
