My workout music tends to be a total mix of current hip hop/dance (Black Eye Peas and Lady GaGa), 70s disco (I Will Survive, I Love the Nightlife), 60s soul (Get Ready, Dancing in the Streets), 80s-90s dance (Madonna, Let the Music Play, C&C Music Factory).
My guilty secret though is that my favorite workout song is It's Raining Men. I set it on my iPod for the 20-25 minutes mark, because that is when I find my energy flagging and I debate getting off the cardio machine. But that song is an instant pick-me up and is great to help me carry through.
