More Idol news - Kris Allen and his wife are in Rwanda with Toms for a shoe drop. Kris tweeted some adorable photos of gorillas during one of his explorations, as well as his visit to the Rwanda Genocide Memorial.

David Cook is in Ethiopia with the UN Foundation for Idol Gives Back. He's also tweeted a photo and a vlog about it.

Yeah, I think it's general R&B. I hope somebody picks Aaliyah. Even though I didn't think she had a great voice, I liked a lot of her songs. "Try Again" would be good and I don't think it has been done on the show.

What was he thinking choosing that song? He's either really stupid or really cocky. Or maybe he just thinks the judges will be into him no matter what, which may be true, but I still think it's stupid.

I wonder what it is that Crystal is doing that is so different from what she's been doing. I'm very curious.

Siobhan singing something like "Through the Fire." I've never heard this song. It sounds like some cheesy 80s movie inspirational ballad. zzzzzz

Just when I think this show can't get any worse. Siobhan sings every other note is shrill or flat. Oy.
