Well, Katie looks really pretty in that lighting. I don't really care for this song though.

Who was the chick that had a hit with a remake of Wild Horses?

The tween girl isn't sucking as badly as I thought she would tonight. Either that, or my hearing was ruined by Garkey's "singing"

Well that's the best Katie's sang on the live shows, but zzzzzzzzz! She should have waited 2 or 3 years.

Hmm....too bad those Wild Horses couldn't drag Katie away.

Randy said she corrected her pitch problems
Ellen said it was better when she got into it
Kara says it was better than last week
Simon says it was the only week she chose a strong song because he recorded WH with Susan Boyle. (I guess this is his season to tell us who he's worked with instead of Randy)

Problem is Susan can actually sing.

I think he said he was very familiar with the song since he'd recorded it with Susan Boyle. Not that it was strong because of that.

But...now that I think on it, what you said is probably what he meant.

Somewhere Mick and Keith are having chest pains and this time it is not because of cocaine or heroin or groupies.

I am at Lacey right now. Does it get better

Tim Urban singing Under my thumb. The most sexist song ever written by Mick and the Lads. Tim has no clue. This isn't a sweet make goo-eyes at the audience song.

One day he has to outgrow that....right?

He isn't horrible he just doesn't have the tone or range to be a great vocalist. He isn't killing my ears or anything.

Gotta admit that even if Tim Urban cannot sing, he sure brings Teh Pretty.

Wheeeeeee reggae Under My Thumb . I think this version was on the playtape when I worked at The Limited back in 1985 .

I don't think "Under my Thumb" is the right song for Tim.... you gotta be damn sexy to get a woman under your control, you know? And he...isn't.

and it was the best she did so far, the audience reacted like she had a quad

this person with the heavy bang singing the ska version of Under My Thumb, I feel like I'm waiting in the lobby of that margaritaville guy's restaurant
I feel like I'm in a dream. But it can't be a dream because there are no boy dancers!
