Johnny's taste in just about everything is horrendous. As for his placement--I'm perfectly fine with it. What a dull, uninspired program.

Will Oda ever win another ISU title?

Oda is 2005 World Jr Champion & 2006 Four Continents Champion. He can only win the senior world title or another 4CC title, but I don't think it'll happen. He'll come really close though.

It’s been dying a slow death for decades. Passion needs community to truly flower, and art needs the stimulation of many minds to grow and develop. It’s the recognition of that fact that lies behind the creation of “artists colonies.” Dancers hang out with other dancers, musicians with other musicians, writers with other writers because of a shared passion. I do not think the new scoring system is responsible for the declining popularity of figure skating, because figure skating has been in decline for some time now. But it certainly has not helped. However the idea of points instead of the 6.0 system is a good thing.
