Try downloading with keepvid.com or savevid.com. If those don't work and you can copy the vid from the browser cache, if you're using IE open the Temporary Internet Files folder, organize by size, this will most likely put the flash video files on top, find the one that was created when you opened the video on youtube, copy the file to another folder and then change the extension to .flv and there you have it! (Of course this latter is only of any use your video player can play flash videos)
