    Thanks for the link! I never imagined that a well known skater would start following me, but it seems Rachel's following quite a few people. Perhaps she just looked through the fan lists of other skaters and picked people out.

    I seriously doubt it. There is plenty of pressure and doubt in every performer to take on the chattering of hundreds of people whose opinion can hurt. Would you want a very talented Rachael Flatt to lurk here, or Evan, or Carolina? When every gesture you make is under a microscope? Boards are great, I for one alsmost live here, but I hope elite athletes don't examine them too closely.

    I know, she's following me, too. Kinda freaky. My guess is that she (or her publicist) is choosing to follow Twitterers who follow other top skaters, figuring that will entice them to start following her as well. Worked on me.
