    Nobody.

I agree with Shine. I don't see why Swan Lake is so well-reviewed here. I think what made it work was Mao Asada's balletic positions and nice line. However, the choreography itself really isn't up to her standard.

I want to see Mao skate to something that plays to her strengths like Swan Lake, but a new routine...maybe something that will bring her artistry to the next level.

I thought Lori choreo'ed Swan Lake....? I don't think Mao is working with TAT now.

I would like to see her skate to Chopin. It's the perfect style of music for her.

I would love for a skater to skate to Handel's Passacaglia. I think Caro could do it real justice.

Kazakova-Dmitriev skated to it in 1998.

Has anyone won an OGM with a recycled program?

Viktor Petrenko was in his third season with the same LP when he won his OGM: here it is in 1990, 1991 and 1992. He did change the costume ;)

ETA: and I suppose S/P's Love Story also counts.

Swan Lake for Mao was Tarasova's choreography, Lori choreographed Mao's SP. I don't know what Mao's plans are for next season but I don't see her leaving either Lori or Tarasova. The only change in Mao's choreographic team I can think of is for Tarasova to choreograph her short program and Lori her long. lol

That's a great choice for her.

I really dislike it when any skater repeats a program, period.

I don't see anything wrong with keeping a program if the skater feels the need to make it better and they are not yet satisfied with it. Some skaters got injured and didn't skate with it all that much. Shen and Zhao often re-used their programs, they only skated four season where they didn't re-use either the short, the free or both.

It was updated, even if the music was the same, with different jump combos and spins. 2004's was a 6.0 program.

I don't think there's any chance that V/T will have the same music, based on the Mozer interview translated by quiqie in GSD, but Mozer did say that because there aren't going to be big changes before next season, they'll keep the new lifts they learned this year and the basic element layout.

I do too. Unfortunately there are no deductions for repeating a program.

Has anyone ever found the exact recording of the version they used? I've been looking forever and never heard a version that sounded anything like it.

The one they used was fuller sounding (more instruments) and slightly slower.

I think I have it on a CD, but I don't know what version it is.

Oh man, I always wanted to know who performed that particular version as well.

I'd love to see Zhiganshina/Gazsi keep their FD but I'm also really excited to see how they will top that.

Would love to see Carolina keep "Bolero" and Ashley Wagner bring back her "Pollock" SP from last season - was a stunning program!
