Why not deliver it somewhere in Europe where four countries meet and then have multiple citizenship, just in case the child becomes an ice dancer.

Part of my family lives in Macau, and I speak a little bit of very bad Cantonese and some very bad Mandarin. Sadly, though, I can't read Chinese at all!
A lot of Chinese speak Mandarin.But I can't understand Cantonese.I think the pronunciation of Cantonese is different from Mandarin.
