There is something special I'd like to share. I don't know if it's archived at the JFK Library or not. My brother received a special edition of the "Weekly Reader" when he was in the second grade and brought it home to give to my mom. I wasn't in school yet. I was 5 years old but I remember the day President Kennedy was assassinated. I made PDF files of the Weekly Reader entitled "Special Memorial Section - John F. Kennedy". I gave the Weekly Reader back to my brother after I made the PDF files. He had completely forgotten about the Weekly Reader and didn't even realize that I had it. He was so tickled to see it again after all these years.

I don't how many were in the second grade in November of 1963 that might be here at FSU. Some of the members may have also received this Weekly Reader but don't have it anymore, and with that in mind, I want to share this bit of history here at FSU.
