Just say an advert on W for a show called Tessa & Scott which premieres Thursday January 2nd at 8 pm Eastern.

"An all access look into the making of the Canadian dream team."

Aside from Tessa and Scott posing while holding a picture frame in front of their faces and dancing (not on ice) across the screen no other info given in this ad. Don't know if it is some sort of short series or if premiere just refers to the first time a one-shot special airs on this cable channel.

    It's a six-part series - more info, plus a link to the 30-second trailer: http://finance.yahoo.com/news/w-network-launches-highly-anticipated-181000751.html

Love the Trailer. Thanks for posting it, Angelskates. I wish we could see the show in the US, but I don't think there's any way to see it.

Yes, thanks for pointing it out. :)

There's a clip about skates, talking about blades.

And a One on one with Tessa:

    Fave movie?
    Princess Bride

    3 items in your purse
Passport, lip gloss, something from my grandma’s car that has the saying,
'Never drive faster than your guardian angel can fly.'

Something you can’t leave home without?
    My blackberry

    First concert?
    Nsync

    Fave fashion designer?
    Chanel

    Dream vacation?
South of France, staying in villas, drinking rose, driving place to place at my leisure.

    Must have travel accessory?
A scarf, it’s always cold on planes.

    Last time you laughed?

    Phobias?
    I'm terrified of spiders.

    Biggest splurge?
Chanel safety pin, bought in Toyko.

Another sport you want to try?
I’d like to play tennis, mostly for the outfits.

    Dream dinner guest?
    Audrey Hepburn

    Fave viral video?
Scott just showed me the ‘what does the fox say’ video, hilarious.

Just finished watching the first episode. I really like it! They're pretty candid with what they say and seem to be giving a pretty honest inside look into their lives. Can't wait for the next episode!

Interesting doco. Really enjoyed seeing their training.

Was, however, reminded of the doco Torvill & Dean did before the 1994 Olympics (incidentally, another ice dance couple with a platonic relationship).

I loved the show last night. There were a few moments where you definitely felt them being self-conscious at the presence of the cameras (esp. Tessa), but overall I thought it was a more honest portrayal than anything else of that nature I've seen. I'm very much looking forward to the next installment.

If anyone finds a link to tonight's show, I'd love it. My cable provider, Rogers, has decided to mess with my cable package and I can't get W network as of this week without making big changes. I'm thinking cancellation is the big change I want to make atm. >:-(

Canadian viewers should be able to watch via the W web site. The most recent episode loads automatically after a couple of ads.

Does seem to work better in Chrome or Firefox than in IE.

Yeah, according to their twitter page, they are now only streaming the first episode (IMO that's just plain mean given only a few weeks ago they were directing people to their website to watch "latest" episodes) and their silly recap "music videos." There are downloads floating around on the T/S forum and on tumblr, none are legal though (blame Wnet.)

It looks like the show will air again on W on Saturday so hopefully I'll catch it then. Joined tumblr in a desperate attempt to find it tonight but no luck so far :p

There was a link in the T/S thread that works for this week's episode. http://vimeo.com/84929064 Some many touching moments this episode. As a former figure skating mom I could really relate the the footage of the moms/aunts in the bar talking. I absolutely love this show.

All the episodes are available at primewire.ag (search: Tessa & Scott under tv shows) although there are tons of ads and fake Google Chrome updates being offered on that site.
