Who could forget Lenny and Karen from S1? I believe her bitchy self basically dumped him at the moment they were eliminated.

I shudder to think of all the squealing and screetching we will hear from Joey during the bungee jumping. Oy.

There's a thread on Survivor Sucks' TAR forum that pops up every now and then and has updates on people from TAR.

I saw Uchenna and Joyce on some other reality show a few years ago and got the impression then that she found him really irritating. I heard that they were divorced not too long after that. I have no other details, just that they are divorced.

I had forgotten about Brian and Erica, but her family was really against that marriage (they did TAR to prove his worthiness to her parents) and I think I read somewhere that that was a factor in their divorce.

When PL and I get on TAR we're just going with the"strangers who met on an internet site who want to travel and win stuff" hook. And she better be as good as the hockey brothers or I'm shoving her off a cliff.

I enjoyed this episode a lot, probably mostly because I have been to Grindelwald, on a ski trip, when I was living in Germany. So beautiful!

Why are they having them drive from Dresden to Berlin? Trains go from Interlaken to Berlin.

It was just to get the stupid cars in there, wasn't it?

At least with cars there is the chance someone gets lost, and it is their own fault.

    I love Berlin! :cheer2:

Max/Katie are focused and racing very well this leg. (Well except for the mistake on the 1st Text Message question.)

Heights freak me out, but that base jump looks fun.

    Joey

Why didn't the Blondes use the GPS in the car?

I will be :fragile: if Bates and Anthony are eliminated this leg. Let it be the blondes.

The Hockey Bros are my favorites, but they kind of drive me crazy with how laid back they are on this leg. I just want to yell "Hurry up!!" And the girls asking the Hockey Bros if they mind if they finish???

Is there anything that has to be done for the roadblock? Or just keep walking?

I like the roller moms, so I'm glad to see a NEL. (well except for the fact that it almost feels like a wasted leg when it ends with no elimination) This was a ho hum leg, I kept thinking about how Wynona would have enjoyed the base jumping and tramping all over Berlin with those letters. :scream:

Its almost to the point that Bates and Jen need to team up as a "new dating couple".

With their "relationship" being the focus early on in the epi, you knew that one of the teams would be close to elimination tonight. I was so glad when the hockey guys were able to beat the roller ladies to the mat because they're good racers who seemed to forget they were actually racing. I was also glad it was a NEL because that race ot the mat was just too close. I just want those blondes to be gone soon. They are not that good at racing and they distract the guys!

I think the blondes are pretty good racers; they follow the clues well, they do the challenges well and they don't whine or back down when things get tough. And if the guys were good racers, they wouldn't let the blondes distract them.

So Hockey Boy got his pack stolen from his seat on the train when everyone was sleeping, right? Okay, sssoo ... they are on a train; obviously someone on the train stole the pack; can't he just walk thru the trains and look for his pack? Or do those trains have like a hundred cars that make it almost pointless to search for it? Good thing he kept his papers on him. Although him getting the pack stolen doesn't make me feel like I'm that crazy when I always make sure I always keep my purse or bag somehow secured to me when I'm sitting somewhere and can't keep it on my lap.

And again with the Hockey Boys: so they broke a letter. Wouldn't it have been better to just go back and get another letter? They knew where it was, they knew where they were going, just go back and get another one rather than switching tasks? Although I guess it doesn't matter since they weren't even in the last spot, but still ... just go get another letter.

The trains stop several times; whoever stole the pack may have gotten off.

The way we got a camera pan of the overhead luggage rack at one point made me think the pack was up there and no one spotted it. Don't know for sure though.

if the Hockey Boys had been eliminated, we'd have an explanation by tomorrow :drama:

It feels like there have been a twenty NELs this season. I'm happy Roller Derby is still in the race - they ran this leg really well until the traffic problem - wth was that about?!?, it would suck to be eliminated at the very last second like that.

I'm starting to like YouTube

I like all the 5 teams left, but Joey just cracks me up each week.
