We'll be really late on the east coast. There's at least 5 minutes still on the clock in the fb game. :(

Fixed. If curling isn't also running late, maybe our Canadian friends will be posting ahead? :p

The title has to be "fun with animals," doesn't it? Goats or camels or some such.

Ticker on 60 Minutes says Race will start 8:35/7:35CT. Can go back to cooking dinner then.

On the plus side, at least I won't have to watch Andy Rooney this week.

We're off! I love watching this in HD

Too bad Ernie and Cindy didn't take the race seriously. :p

You gotta love the attitudes of most of the racers this season, especially the surfers and Ma & Pa.

I was going to post about madcap Cindy cracking jokes. :scream:

And now it's no laughing matter as Ernie's pedal fell off. I smell a Cindy melt-down coming in 10-9-8....

I love/hate the Prediction Contest b/c I have to root against teams I semi-like and for teams I don't. I need the Showgirls to go this week and Zac/Dad to stay. Will they accommodate me?

 at the cab drivers laughing while making the teams crazy!

OMG--I'd die in that grass. I am itching just watching. But it beats planting rice.

Are the Boarders the only team that reads?

I love Ma and Pa - great attitudes.

And the boarders crack me up "surf the bikes!"

 Ma's sheep escaped. I'll cry when they're eliminated.

Marcus, just picked his up and carried it.

    Zac/Dad will get a 30 minute penalty?

And yes I guess the boarders are one of the few teams that read.

Ok, I have what might be a dumb question. Wouldn't it have been easier for Marcus & Imani to fill up the grass bags instead of starting over planting rice? WTF?

I think it would. I think they screwed up. Although, they might catch up since nobody but Dad and Tommy are even close to figuring out the Budda count

I think you're right, in their panic they rushed and made a bad decision.

wow TAR is rough this season. Challenges are harder and kind of vague! :respec:

Absolutely. But this Buddha challenge is going to be deadly.:yikes:

Don't tell me that they didn't get it and the Snowboarders gave them the answer? For real?

Some teams are going to have a very hard time with this Buddha task.

I want to see Phil on the elephant!

I love the boarders, and I like the football player, but I don't like people giving answers to other racers. It's one thing to work with someone else to do a challenge, but it's another thing to just give the answer.

Boarder figured it out right away. Dad just didn't present it right the first time. Apparently, we shouldn't underestimate the stoked sufer dudes. Dad and Zac get a 15 minute penalty puttting Boarders first again!

I was pretty confident Cindy was going to drag Ernie across the finish line first, but the Boarders just might win the whole thing if they don't get a broken taxi or some other uncontrollable event.

You flat out don't know who is going to end up last because there are too many variables that can impact the results this season. the Boarders pay the most attention to the clues, Ma/Pa are tougher than they look, Cindy will kill somebody before the race is over....who knows? Love this season.
