What was the name of that dance group- Quest? They were extremely entertaining. Jose just couldn't do the stalls and tricks that some of these guys did. Lots of Whoah! moments.

Quest Crew gave SYTYCD 3 finalists. It's had several incarnations, one of which won ABDC.

    Yes, Quest.

Odd that Mia who slammed Adechike at every opportunity chose one of his dances as her favourite. Though, it sounds like it was more about Comfort than him.

Glad to see Comfort getting some props. She's improved so much, it's great that she's getting more exposure so she can work more.

Mia the Gorgelina tells Catalicious that her favourite is Comfort and Adechike-Fallen.

A nice bit of praise for Comfort and the all-stars.

Cat points out it was even better the second time. Wow. I love the finale show when they bring back the best.

Yeah, I found that odd. Especially right after Nigel chose Billy when I never got the sense that he much liked Billy.

Who the heck picked Kent and Anya?

    Who chose this one? Cat?

Yuck, the Kent/Anya salsa. If they're going to feature Anya, there were 3 other routines better than this.

Anya- gasp- that woman is so gorgeous. Halfway through the dance my husband said we needed to go upstairs as soon as the dance was over.

Kent looks really tired. I can't imagine the rehearsals he's had to commit to this week. Anya must have been a bit nervous throughout that.

I always wish they would give them the week off after the performance finale and announce the results the following Wednesday so that the top 3/4 wouldn't have so much to do in one week.

Robert and Dom hip hop. What a great routine.

Robert and Dominic- Clowns-chosen by Tyce- what a great year Nappy Tabs have had.

Robert, unlike Kent, seems to have thrived in the atmosphere of the intense finale week. That was great. He seems relaxed, yet energised.

And it reminds me of how few of Kent's routines were favourites and how many of Roberts I liked.

Cheesy cute kid dancing thing. eta- he's better than the tappers they pick as contestants.

And some more tappers. Since I grew up watching step dancing, where the best dancers don't move their upper body so much as a centimeter, tap always looks bad to me.

This kid aspires to be just like Kent when he is Kent's age... in two years.

Maybe on second viewing I'll get why they all loved this Argentine Tango so much.

ETA: I guess. It just seemed S-L-O-W to me.

It would be quicker. Kent's routines so far were worse than the originals. I recommend Robert's. ;)

Robert really has grown by leaps and bounds this season, and he looks great tonight. He's never been one of my faves, but my hats off to him for a fab season.

Pasha and Lauren- I still didn't enjoy this like I should have, but Pasha is yummy.

And another of the season's best for me- and again it is Robert, with Allison. Fix You

Yes, Robert & Allison's dance made me tear up a bit. And by the sounds of it, it did the same to Cat.

Did I always think Russel was really hot? Because now I think Russel is hot.

Why is this on until 10?

Mary, this routine was bad, what were you watching?

I loved this, too. This "couple" reminds me of Bobbie and Whitney. Anyone else agree?

Mary Murphy gets to put Jose and Dominic on the Hot Tamale train. It's a bit bizarre how they've assigned these dances to the judges to announce,

Okay- if you are not watching live, don't watch this if you are a Jose fan. The difference between Dominic and Jose is striking this time. Jose must already be out of shape, because he looked really amateur.

Celine Dion? Really? Though, there were some neat lifts in that dance.

Why did I expect a more restrained version of Mary?
That was just plain sloppy. And Jose shouldn't be tired... he's been off for a few weeks.

So we'll be seeing Robert's Bollywood with Billy, Kent and Neil's Travis routine, and Lauren's hip hop with twitch judging from the costumes they are currently wearing.

Robert is in 3rd place. Poor baby had to get eliminated in Bollywood costume. He really has grown on me in the last few weeks. I was not his fan when most of the way.

I don't mind her screaming and Hot Tamale train. It was the Jose/Dominic choice that I didn't appreciate.

But run to download Neil and Charley Bruce dancing to I Surrender (Celine). It was ethereally beautiful.

Robert is the bottom one- no surprise. But I think he won as as far as getting memorable numbers, and earned a career in dance, as long as he keeps improving technically.

She should win. Many better routines than Kent

Alex and Allison- Jeff Buckley- tears in my eyes. Perfection.

When I first saw this dance, I liked it, but not as much as the judges did. Now that Alex can't dance tonight, it is making me tear up. That or I just WANT THIS SHOW TO BE OVER and I'm tearing up because we have another half an hour of this season. I know I like a lot of the dances they are showing. But I'm just done with this season.
