    Tenderness 56.25

These scores indicate that you are a moderate progressive; this is the political profile one might associate with a university professor. It appears that you are skeptical towards religion, and have a pragmatic attitude towards humanity in general.

Your attitudes towards economics appear capitalist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as a political centrist.

To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, an idealist with very few strong opinions.

I'll pretend like I know what all of that means.

These scores indicate that you are a tender-minded progressive; this is the political profile one might associate with an animal rights activist-nope,eat em all you want, just don't torment them for fun, fish included. It appears that you are moderate towards religion, and have a balanced attitude towards humanity in general.

Your attitudes towards economics appear socialist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as left-wing.

To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, a centrist with several strong opinions.

The rest is spot on. Do I have the highest cumulative score?

With 229.5 points, yes, you do. I believe orientalplane has the second highest total (221.75). You two are the only first-rate men's singles skaters in the entire thread. ;) Either that, or you're both Kim Yu-Na.

My "tenderness" score is lower than anyone who has posted in this thread. What I think this means is that you are all a bunch of girls!!! :p

    We're practically twins!! :cheer:

I got an 99 point something in radicalism, mid fifties in socialism, (that would be a failing grade among my set, and land me in very deep sh-t. should my true identity be revealed) and low fifties in tenderness. Then they said I was probably a university professor - which is not all that far off, and an idealist- not so much. I cannot imagine which questions led to the tenderness evaluation. It can't be right in PeterG's case, since he is so generous with Rep points.

Just checked back on the questions on the quiz. I think they've confused tenderness with sentimentality, and while I quibble with "girls" being used as a perjorative, PeterG rules!

University professors, clergymen, animal rights activists...did anyone get a result that said they'd be a ditch digger or fast food server?

You must post in one of the threads that I follow regularly...anybody who posts there gets repped by me probably weekly!

And there's me thinking I was special. Peter, you'd probably appreciate this bit of humour, - even if off topic, next time CBC or CTV shows the Quebec assembly - re the current infamous bill - check the Cruxifix above the Speaker's Chair. It was still there yesterday.

The description is actually bull's eye for me ( not an academic myself, but surrounded by them , and certainly share the thinking). Maybe not so capitalist, either, but their demand that I put it in terms of "evil" has left me rejecting the wording. They have generalized questions sometimes and I would put answers as " neutral" when the questions were just too complex ( even with the simple ones, heart or mind- unnecessary division. Both is the choice, depending on the situation). But a fun test! I wonder what makes me an idealist vs an egalitarian, I'm game for both.

 I thought the same, and I got almost the same results, with one major difference:

These scores indicate that you are a progressive; this is the political profile one might associate with a university professor. It appears that you are skeptical towards religion, and have a pragmatic attitude towards humanity in general.

Your attitudes towards economics appear neither committedly capitalist nor socialist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as a political centrist.

To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, a pragmatist with few strong opinions.

Ha! But I couldn't really agree or disagree with a lot of the statements.
