This thread was inspired by Carolina Kostner's LP at Skate America.

There are not many programs skated to Mozart, but my most favorite may be Usova-Zhulin's Fantasy in D minor (pro 1994).

G&G's 1988 LP had Mozart toward the end (The marriage of Figaro).

John Curry skated an exhibition to Mozart (Flute & Piano concerto)

Here is Irina's LP in 1993 skated to Mozart- she must have been 13-14 back then, but her jumps looked really good for her age.

Other than these, I can't think of any other skates to Mozart, but I am sure there are some out there.

Both Shawn Sawyer and Ryan Bradley skated to selections from "Amadeus."

Shawn Sawyer 2010 Four Continents FS: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xYxpzbavWkQ
Ryan Bradley 2011 Nationals FS: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Wuyy1yYDi4

Jeremy Abbott's 2006-07 Free Skate included a selection from Mozart's Symphony No. 25.

Here's a video of it at 2007 Four Continents: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Qq-KNVxYeU

Fumie Suguri's 2003-07 Free Skate music was selectins from Mozart's Symphony No. 40 and Piano Concerto No. 23.

Here's a video of it from the 2003 Grand Prix Final: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eo7_cLG8oCI

It's fascinating that Slutskaya skated to Mozart at such a young age. It seems that most elite skaters who do attempt it do so when they are in their twenties.

I should have remembered Ryan Bradley's 2011 LP. It was great.

Didn't Miki Ando skate to Mozart's Requiem at some point?

Yes, it was her SP in 2009-10 (I think, not sure of the date). It wasn't exactly as Mozart wrote it, though. ;)

There was Witt's "Mozart" SP from 1983. Not a lot of Mozart in it, though.

I always wonder why Mozart's music isn't used much more often. I loved Carolinas Mozart program this year, as well as Mikis Requiem of some years ago.

Shalom and Gates danced to 'Amadeus' soundtrack in the '90s. I really liked that program, probably their only dance I really enjoyed. Liked the costumed too. Perhaps it's on YouTube.

Speaking about 'Amadeus' soundtrack, Browning used some of that music for his 1992 sp.

Tatiana Malinina had a lovely program to Mozart in 1999:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8_pQbQQL3kI

She skated it much better at both the GPF and 4CC, but neither of those are on YouTube, so her Worlds performance will have to do.

Sawyer's Mozart program was the best thing that he'd ever done and I agree with sadya about Chalom & Gates' Amadeus program. Lurved Fumie's Mozart as well.

I saw both Shawn Sawyer and Ryan Bradley perform their Mozart routines at Skate America 2 years ago. It was like hearing Glenn Gould and then Liberace.

Thank you, Vash01 and everyone else who posted links to videos. I will watch (or rewatch) all of them when I have time.
