I was never a fan but my appreciation of him grew immensely when I saw this, it takes balls to go out there and do this.

Tracy Wilson-Rob McCall's Joplin FD at the 1988 Olympics & Worlds was a fun number. I can't look for the link right now because I am at work.

The link seems to have been taken down, but NavBoms FD to a Michael Buble medley in 2006 was a lot of fun. They definitely looked like they were enjoying it!

Salvchencho & Solkowy are the most fun in pairs skating - not just obviously Pink Panther, but the final throw jump has a twinkle in the eye - it's a big deal move but they have fun with it.

Virtue & Moir 2010 Latin free and exhibition.

    Davis & White Bollywood od

Anassina & Peizerat - Suzanna exhibition

    Bereshaya and Sikhuerlidze - Chaplin

Sorry for being nitpicky, but the correct names are

    Berezhnaya & Sikharulidze

Yes, their Chaplin programs (LP & Exhibition) were a lot of fun. I did not care much for the one they did much later where Elena wears a dress, then takes it off to become 'the kid'.

The judges didn't appreciate R and K's programs at all!

I liked the SOI group number where they spoofed skating competitions. Brasseur/Eisler were the team doing a tribute to the endangered South American red ant, Jayne Torvill was a conniving skating mother and, best of all, Bourne and Kraatz were skating judges. All very cathartic!

^ Fun & Games - 1998. On the US tour we had Roz Sumners as "Ivanna Medal," Kurt as Cyril Lutz, Brian Orser as one of the judges (all in wigs), Roca & Sur as the innovative ice dance team, ...

It's a shame that the only clip now available on YouTube has been edited to show only Katia Gordeeva's part!

Thanks so much for reminding me--I remember seeing this and how *much* fun it was for her and the audience.

    I was there, also.
Absolutely one of the highlights of the week.
    What a great memory.
