Difficult between Nicole Bobek and Fumie Suguri !
But I'll take the one with the less World medal : Nicole Bobek. After all, even if I think Fumie is not as good as Nicole, she has 3 World medals, and that a great achievement !

My vote went to Surya - and not by mistake. :p

Still I give her credit for her determination, athleticism and for pushing the technical limits jumpwise. :)

I would quite happily have voted for Surya. Providing you didn't want to vote for Joannie or Akiko, I will happily vote for your choice:D

I voted for Bobek because her medals were almost always won by huge errors.

Szewcenko won her World medal in a super weak year and didnt even deserve that. It should have been Kiellmann. So her for sure.

Her medal in 1995 was won since her short program was by far the best, and was won even with crazy underscoring by the judges. Her 4th in the long was correct, and her 1st in the short guaranteed her a medal. So she deserved it. Whoever played lower between Bonaly and Kwan in the long program, didnt matter which, was going to be 4th overall no matter what.

How does Szewcenko have less votes than Bonaly. Szewcenko has never placed higher than Bonaly in a Worlds or Olympics, and only once ever at Europeans when Surya was at the end of her career in 1995. The two arent even in the same league. Szewcenko is also not in the same league as Bobek who has more votes than her. Bobek at her best was capable of winning a Worlds. TAnja never was.
