I'm going to need meds too to get through Federer vs. Djokovic. I'm really nervous. Lets go Roger!

I made balsamic strawberries and cream in honor of this match :swoon:

I want Djoko to win a little more, but Federer is also a favorite, so I wouldn't mind him winning. As long as the winner of this match wins the tournament.

They're really zipping through this. Just over an hour gone and two sets out of the way already.

I'm ultimately pulling for Murray to finally win a Slam. Between Federer & Djokovic, who is he more likely to be competitive against? Novak has been astounding the last year and a half, while Roger, despite not being as dominant as he once was, is playing on probably his best surface. If he survives Tsonga, does Murray have much more than a slim chance against either one?

Oh no - just read this on the BBC live commentary page:

Sounds as if she has a really bad cold/flu symptoms. I hope she can recover in time.

Nole with more unforced errors than he usually does and Fed now has an early break in this 4th set.

Very glad for Roger, although Novak looked pretty off today. I like Tsonga, but I'm hoping Andy can do it for England! (and Scotland!)

So happy Novak D lost. I'm at work and didn't have a chance to watch the match. Can't wait to watch it later on Wimbledon Primetime on TEN channel.

    Good for Roger.

I like both Jo Willy and Andy but I'm hoping Andy wins. England deserves a shot at that title. I think both players have an excellent shot to win against Roger.

Well Serena and Venus have made it to the womens doubles final - beating the #1 seeds in 3 sets!! They have to be favourites to win it!!

I haven't been able to see much of this year's tournament due to the fact that I've been working, but was fortunate enough to have the day off today for the semis. I'm so freaking elated that Roger won - I was hoping for it, but didn't know if it could happen. I like both Murray and Tsonga, but I'll be rooting so hard for Roger on Sunday (on PVR, unfortunately, as I'm working then too).

ROGER!!! I couldn't bear to watch the match and tried to prepare myself when I looked at the score. I still can't believe it!

    :cheer2: for Roger!

Just like you, london_calling -- I kept hitting the snooze button on the alarm because getting up and watching was just too stressful (and I got to bed really late last night). Girded myself and got the score when I got up. OMG!!!

Let's not put Murray in the final yet. He seems to be going walkabout in set 3.

    I hope they succeed.
It would be wonderful for Venus to have one more title, in case her health forces her to retire.
