Lipnitskaia made it look so easy, didn't she? Hope today is more comfortable. I'll be thinking about you, Jesse.

This is what I have been wondering about.
I don't even know where to begin to suggest an advocate for pain control for you Jesse or for any out there dealing with pain. Maybe we can all come up with some ideas together. I hope that you can enjoy watching some more skating.

Jesse, I don't think I can find better words than those that have been said in this topic so I remained silent, but I wanted to tell you that you have been in my thoughts, too.

Jesse dear, I hope the breathing is coming much easier today and the pain coming much less!

Do you miss Porki? Did you think of putting her in a small airline crate on a chair next to your bed? New puppy owners often do this (I have). She will cry at first and then settle down because she is near you, and if the crate is close enough, you could touch her through the bars, or at least see her and know she is with you. Of course she couldn't be crated 24/7 but a few hours or overnight would be fine.

I am having the suffocating feeling again today. Being unable to breathe is a worse feeling than any of the pain.. because it seriously feels like I'm dying. :(
I'm not sure when I'm going back to the hospital.. tomorrow perhaps?

I let Porki on my bed for a few mins this morning but she just goes psycho.. she sits so nicely with my parents but just wants to bite me and lick me and run all over, ughhhhh!

Jesse, does oxygen help when you feel like you're suffocating? If it does, you can have portable oxygen at home. It's an easy set up for
    the equipment.

Porki probably doesn't understand you being in the bed and not able to play with her. I'm sorry she isn't being quiet because it would help you to be able to pet her.

I have a portable oxygen tank as well as a permanent one set up at home that I am on 24/7... I just don't know if it's working properly or what.

Do you have a pulse oximeter that can be put on your fingertip to check your oxygenation? If you're having trouble breathing, perhaps they should send someone out to figure out if respiratory therapy or some medication would ease this. Hugs.
