The church is on Benevolent Street. How fitting!
congratulations to Michelle and Clay,
Outstanding! Hope they have a very happy life together.
The later part of January has always been a favorable time for Michelle. What an excellent time for a wedding. Too bad there won't be people in the congregation holding up 6.0 signs.
Those are names that rhyme together well,
How lovely! Best wishes to them!
Now Ouiser, don't get all grumpy...just because you can't serve Drum/I mean Danny the hind section of the bleeding armadillo groom's cake at the reception. And tell Janice van Meter...oops, Christine Brennan that I said that she needed to get her 2 pigs fightin' under a blanket into a decent girdle.
I guess my invitation got lost in the mail!! Congrats Michelle!!!
Great news. Congratulations to the Happy Couple!!! Can't wait to see photos of the beautiful bride!
Congratulations to Michelle and Clay! I applaud the day they chose, too. Now I get to share my birthday with her anniversary!
Christine Brennan and Phil Hersh were invited (both just tweeted).
Ouiser.....grumpy? I'm just pissed 'cause I sat on a damned bag of tomatoes at Truvy's salon....plus, I can't seem to find anyone to install my track lighting .
I just wish I'd been able to see Miss Merry Christmas smokin' everything but her shoes with ole whats-his name over the holidays .
I guess no one got my Beatles song re-write in my previous post .
Got it, my belle!
Indeed so, wasn't someone Kween-related quoted as saying that Michelle was named for that Beatles song?

Awww, Michelle and Karen both look beautiful.
So excited for Michelle and Clay!!
A lifetime of joy and happiness to this very special couple!
Sounds like a bell ringing ... and "every time a bell rings an Angel gets their wings." In Michelle's case today, she and Clay get their wedding rings!!!
Congratulations to Michelle and Clay! :hearts: :hugs: :memories:
Kudos also to Michelle for keeping the special day and time off the radar till the penultimate moment. The church indeed is on an aptly named street. I'm sure it will be a wedding fit for the Kween! Wow, I wonder if any long time MKF members/ admins were invited? And who else in the skating community were so honored besides Phil and Christine? Of course Karen and Peter O are there, and Brian B ... likely Dick B, Peggy F, Dorothy H, Frank C, and Kristi Y were also invited.
Spot on timing and superb synchronicity for the Kween! Wishing Michelle and Clay a beautiful, productive and rewarding life together.
And this from Christine B, beautiful even though a bit blurry:
Christine Brennan has a (very blurry) photo of them coming out of he church on her Twitter feed. Clay looks dashing in his military uniform and what you can make out of Michelle's dress is gorgeous.
Congratulations to Michelle and Clay! Wishing them all the happiness in the world.
Seems Clay wore his dress uniform -- too bad Christine Brennan's photo skills are lacking -- that picture is sooooooo blurry!
@christinebrennansports tweeted a second, better photo:
One more as Michelle Kwan and Clay Pell leave the church. 6.0's all around. http://pic.twitter.com/MaBBjxOt
@olyphil tweeted: Michelle and clay leaving the church http://pic.twitter.com/GxF5STsz
"Other skating royalty at Kwan-Pell wedding: Dick Button, Dorothy Hamill, Brian Boitano."
Brennan again: Dick Button among the guests at Kwan wedding. http://pic.twitter.com/qJJO1HcL
Thanks! This same photo was published with this brief article in the Providence Journal: http://news.providencejournal.com/b...olympian-michelle-kwan-marries-clay-pell.html
CONGRATS MICHELLE!!! LONG LIVE THE KWEEN!!!
I'm sure more photos will appear shortly!
She looks beautiful and so happy. Because I'd have shed a tear if I'd been there.
I'm so happy for both of them.
BTW, Happy Birthday, centerstagequeen! Beautiful day, innit?
Love the dress! She looks lovely. His uniform is nice but can't really see much of him. Congrats!
Well, now we know why Christine & Phil are writers, not reporters! But glad that they managed a few anyway. Dick Button looks great.
