I'm a really good person - separate my laundry into the right colors/whites loads, shower every day, watch PBS Newshour without dozing off more than 2 or 3 times. Why am I not getting the recognition and respect I deserve? I can only assume that most people are jerks and haterzzzz. :(

Your day is frontloaded with no transitions. It's so easy, even a novice could pull it off!

Perhaps if you could include better transitions and higher throws when doing your laundry you would appeal more to the judges. IMHO

Only colors and whites? The top skaters are also separating delicates and permanent press. They are also dozing off 4 times during the news. You need to up your technical content.

And you didn't mention laying your sweaters flat to dry and rack drying delicates instead of putting them in the dryer. That's major negative GOE right there. So we are supposed to just respect and reward you based on your superior BASIC laundry skills????? I think not...

What about the lawn, huh? Are you taking care of that while separating your laundry? Do you expect the grass to just mow itself? There's more to being a good person than just doing the laundry...you have to be able to deliver on the other aspects of housework as well.

Don't you realize that the majority of FSU thinks the appropriate deduction should be way more than 1.00 per doze off?!?

Execute the movements of 1:50-2:03 every time you start to do your laundry. And call it the MacNeil/Lehrer Newshour even though it hasn't been that for years.

Your whites have stains - that is why people don't care.

A very special This or That:

succubus' successful separation of the whites from the colors, 3/27/2010
    or
succubus' no-doze viewing of PBS Newshour, 9/9/2009?

It's nice to know that you separate your laundry (the right colors from the whites like sheets, etc.). May I also suggest that you use fabric softener sheets in the dryer to make the sheets and towels soft and to take away the static cling.

Sorry that I haven't seen a lot of your posts since I'm not here at FSU all the time. I've probably just missed your posts, but it doesn't mean I hate you nor that I'm a jerk.

Take care, and good luck with that laundry. :)

Clearly your laundry sorting technique was designed for 6.0. You need a laundry choreographer familiar with IJS.

Sure, you hit some pretty positions when doing your laundry and watching the News Hour, but your edges are shallow.

Also, succubus uses waaayyy too much starch. Everything is too stiff; the movement of the fabric should be more soft, fluid, and natural as it hangs (motionless) on the hanger. :p

You should get those deductions for improper folding technique. all your hospital corner folding techniques take off on the wrong edge. I don't know why the judges can't see that. And you get the home country tech caller ALL THE TIME!!!!

as long as the judges continue to reward her (him?) she will continue until she gets the OGM in laundry. And I support her (or him..) in that dream.

The OP has not done Patrick Chan's laundry. His grubbies have many Tim Horton's coffee :coffee:stains that need presoaking. And if they don't, that is OP's fault too. Come to think of it, the OP has not done snoopysnake's laundry either, nor has the OP done anything to get Tim Horton's to open in Greater Boston. OP does have a sensational quad flip, however.

I used to be really, really good at laundry but then nature happened and I hit puberty and now no matter how hard I try I just can't get back to the same level of laundry skills I used to have, hopefully my body will learn to adjust and my whites can become white again ;)

If she wins the OGM and the next World Washing Championship, will she become the greatest laundress of all time? I don't count Sonia Henie, because I think she had servants do her wash for her.
