Neat. Go to www.google.ca (or com) and type "let it snow". See what happens.
It appears to work (in a slightly different manner) for Google using every country's Internet code. I tried it for www.google.com.sa (Saudi Arabia) and www.google.bf (Burkina Faso), and
after I hit the "Defrost" button
the same thing happened!
Fun! I was just lamenting the lack of snow outside.
It even lets you "draw" on the "window" of the screen.
Doesn't work for me - I'm in the US and tried both Canada's and the US version.
It depends on your browser...ie, it doesn't work on IE but it works on Firefox.
Doesn't work on Safari, either.
See, for me it worked on IE but not on Firefox. Random...but very cool!!! I showed it off to my students and they were pretty impressed.
It worked for me with Safari.
After trying (and failing) with IE, I did get it to work on Chrome.
it works on Chrome for me! fun!
Works on Firefox and Safari for me. That's cool. Better on my computer than in the driveway to be shovelled.
type in "defrost" when the screen is too full! (my tweener showed me this!)
It isn't supposed to work on IE or Opera. Chele615, that is a fluke.
I use Internet Explorer and it works perfectly fine.
It worked at home on my mac (Safari)
I don't know if it was discussed here, but last month the net was all googling "do a barrel row".
Missflick, this is so cool! Thank you for the link!
I just did that. I didn't even get it all typed in...
I love that if you type in Christmas or Hanukkah or Kwanzaa you get a lights or candles or something. Festive!
Works fine on IE for me - all three computers. Doesn't work on Palm OS.
It uses a script, so if your computer has a script blocker running, it won't work.
It doesn't work on IE for me at work. Nothing much does. I like what they do to make me smile.
You can also type in "askew"
