I had the opportunity to interview him once, and he was great fun. Very unpretentious and a really nice and normal guy :(

How sad. Too young. (Actually saw Colin Hay in concert about a month ago. He was pretty dang funny himself. And good at what he does.)

I love that flute riff. I'm sorry he felt devastated by the legal troubles.
    RIP :(

I first heard on the radio that at 58 year old man had died. Later they said it was Ham. Still haven't announced a cause of death.

I asked them to play Men at Work at the rink last night. Really good 80s Aussie music.

Another article from a Melbourne paper. They are saying it might be related to drugs and he was depressed after the copyright case.

I was a huge fan of MAW in the 80's. (I am a big fan of Colin Hay now.) RIP. I loved his flute in Down Under. I was into all things Aussie in the early 1980's.

I guess the guy knocking at Greg's door was the grim reaper.

are you feeling under the weather today, or have all of the celebrity deaths this week tired you out? usually your celeb-death posts are obnoxious and/or offensive, but that one was just lame.

Yeah, not my best work. Although, I was going to post that Greg is now really in the land down under, but that was even lamer.
