Hello everyone!!!! I just want to let you all know that due to some problem with Skatingforums restricting me access to the site,I am moving my Off-Ice/ On-Ice Trainning Reports here,and starting a whole new sticky thread. So please keep checking back here for any updates on my trainning. Here's the first Off-Ice Trainning Report.... For Thurs. 11/17/11 Back-Leg-Lifts = It was easier and quicker to lift my Legs. Stomach-Leg-Lifts = It is now easier to lift my Legs. Spiral-Leg-Lifts = I got into a real Spiral lifting my Left Leg. Kick-Ups = I can still kick higher. My Push-Ups were quick and easy. My Sit-Ups were easy to do. Sit-Toe-Touches = Touched my Toes on my Left Foot. Just a reminder to keep checking back here for any updates.
