It's fantastic! I love it so much already!

He really does look more mature and grown up this season. (And I love how most people mark their jumps with doubles...nope...3As for him.) Love love LOVE the choreo sequence...gorgeous outside spreadeagle, footwork, one-foot Axel!

Liza SP latin music LP Malaguena
    Source: http://www.team-russia2014.ru/article/10963.html

Artur Gachinsky's Sp is a flamenco choreo by Buttle

    Sotnikova's SP Carmen, ex Oblivion

    Kovtun's SP flamenco

I'm sensing a common theme here......

Artur doing a flamenco will be fun to watch, especially if Buttle has had a say in it and Artur skates it in his own style.

i agree about the choreo sequence, i really liked that one; but unfortunately that's the only thing for me in the program. marianelli's score is so great and there is so little content in this lp. i know it's very early and the program has time to grow, but the first 4 jumps, it's just skating to another and afterwards going on from element to element connected by some strange arm movements. i really don't like it except for the choreo sequence and i hope the lp will be better in a few months, caus eit's a great score and gachinsky a nice and talented skater

It does seem like a 4/4 jump layout and not 3/5. Should do more in the first half choreographically. Some interesting moves in step sequence and chsq. Basically I don't see it improving his pcs in international competitions.

Cool, that's the most personality R&T have shown... well, ever. Can't wait to see her costume.

yeah, nice to see them skate to some upbeat music.

they better give their best so that they will not end like rubleva/sheffer with all those (ex)junior teams pressing towards them.

If I/k technical collapse in all areas at 2013 worlds continues -16th place Tes- r/t could surpass them! But they have had their own tech level problems too. Seems like the younger teams could really press both I/k and r/t.

If that is what is needed to free I/K from Morozov I am willing to sacrifice them this season

I though R&T's program was dull as hell, and the "choreography" looked the usual Shpilband crap; an occasional turn here and there instead of anything unique or intricate. Are they being choreographed by him as well as being trained on the TES stuff, or is someone else responsible for that?

It all depends on if that technical collapse carries over to the new season! That 16th place TES should make all the teams - even- I don't know G/B!!- look at I/K as the vulnerable team not R/T! Or Both equally vulnerable!

New program from Elizaveta Tuktamysheva skated yesterday in Tartu. It looks fine, but has a similar feel to her programs for the last two seasons and I wish she would have material that really stretches her as a performer.

Good that she's bringing back the Biellmann (I assume it'll look better as the season progresses) since she can't afford to give away any points by having level 3 spins.

Why does Liza always wear that depressing black color? Russian skaters seem to have a thing for black.

But isn't that just an old dress of hers - it looks rather like one of last years.

Tuktamysheva is a lovely young skater but I'm afraid that each time I'll see her skating her new SP, it will bring back this cheesy show number by Sale/Pelletier that made me laugh to tears.
