lulu, G&P's Quickstep was one of the first dances that popped into my head. I admit that I never learned to really appreciate them until after they had retired but their Girls, Girls, Girls IMO set the standard for Quicksteps.

    G&P: Quickstep, Tango (another ITA)
    T&D: Blues, Rhumba, Paso Doble
    U&Z: Rhumba
    A&P: Rock n'Roll (1998), Waltz(1999), Flamenco
K&O: Paso Doble (1996), Tango, Waltz, Jive
    F/P&M: Latin, Quickstep
    D&V: Waltz (1999)
    D&W: Bollywood
B&A: Quickstep (2001), Memories of a Grand Ball (2003), Tango (2007), Moldavian Folk
    V&M: Latin (2006), Tango(2007), Charleston (2009), Waltz (this season)
NavBoms: African Folk, Tango (ESPN really shouldn't have chacked that one)
    DelShoes: Folk Dance (2008)
DenStavs: Memories of a Grand Ball, Tango (2007)
    B&K: Rhumba, Quickstep
    L&A: Flamenco
Steigler/Magerovski: Foxtrot/Quickstep - I still get "Somebody Loves Me" stuck in my head from time to time
    Matthews/Zavozin: Cha Cha/Samba Latin Dance
    P&B: Flamenco (2008), Country Western (2010)
    The Kerrs: Scottish Folk
    D&L: Tango (2007)
    Handra/Sinek: Latin (2000)
    W&L: Charleston/Quickstep from Cabaret (2001), Memories of a Grand Ball, Quickstep (2004)
    Silverstein/Pekarek: Waltz (1999)

Denkova & Stavisky's Grand Ball (absolute favourite), A&P's Flamenco, G&P's Tango and Quickstep, K&P's (Golden) Waltz, T&D's Paso Doble.
If SDs count as well, V&M's waltzes from 2011 and this season.
