Evan gets to do the Olympics over :cheer2: I'm excited for him. I hope this week is half as good as last.

A very, very belated :cheer2: that Erin made the finals -- I was so worried that it would be Chad instead. Evan I knew would be there and (unfortunately) so would Nicole. Got to get home in time to see the start of tonight's show.

:cheer2::cheer2: Evan! :cheer2::cheer2: Actually, I started out wanting the tacky MBT for Evan, but now I really want it for Anna. :D

I still think the show will bend over backwards to give the win to Derek (and Nicole), but we shall see.

Hot Samba from Erin, lots of content and hips. I would have kept away from the judges table, but she's improved.

Okay, I eventually figured out that this meant "Mirror Ball Trophy", but the first thing that entered my mind was "Man in Black...Tights?". I guess that shows where my head is tonight. This should be a refreshing change of pace.

    Good luck to everybody!

Uh, oh. Why's Anna crying? Was she tired of Nicole getting all the sympathy votes? Or is she just tired of travelling all over the country?

I think that she struggles with free choice dance.

Superb V Waltz from Evan. Great footwork and movement throughout. I don't do facial expressions.

Lovely! And I never noticed before, but Anna looks a bit like Rita Hayworth. :)

I predict a 27-28. That was charming, but he did get a bit wild at times. But I do think he was better than Erin who was a bit forced in her hip shaking.

I thought Evan and Anna were gorgeous for the most part, but they looked slightly...glitchy...a few times. Still, so pretty. I love VW.

What was Erin's score? I missed the first 20 minutes and tuned in right as Evan and Anna received their scores :wall:

Am I :EVILLE: for wanting Nicole to splat on her ass? It doesn't matter to me how good of a dancer she is, I cannot stand her (or the Pussycat Twits).

Evan's was the better dance so far, but 1 pt from the judges won't mean anything.

I guess we get ready for straight 10's for Nicole, given the scores so far.

Beautiful rumba from Nicole. So well choreographed. Will Nicole be humble?

I confess I was reminded of a description from L. M. Montgomery, of a dancer with long limbs: "He looked like a windmill in a fit." :D But it was still really nice.

I'm getting to the point where I wouldn't believe any romantic chemistry from Derek unless he was out there dancing with himself.
