Dorothy Hamill and Brian Boitano: Performers at the Superbowl Half-time Show

    I had no idea that Brian Boitano and Dorothy Hamill performed at the 1992 Superbowl Half-time Show back when the NFL was still doing the Up With People type of shows with college marching bands.

    Apparently, Fox did a special Half-time episode of In Living Color that aired during this performance, and it smashed the half-time show in the ratings. Between losing the ratings and the show being...entertaining in an unintentional way...I can see why the NFL made a drastic change and went with Michael Jackson the next year and forever changing the half-time show.

    Wow, what an amazing and proud moment for the sport! But, can we call that a rink? They're so tiny:lol: Dorothy's costume is gorgeous!

    is that plastic ice? Dorothy clearly had a lot of problems spinning on that - she fell out of the spin but covered up nicely for the untrained eye!
