It might be the translator. I don't speak - read russian
It's not the translator, it's written in the article with latin letters. Not a big deal ofc but I love "Art on Ice" and just noticed it.
No, "Art tonight" was also mentioned in one of the articles published before the show. The journalist just misheard and didn't care to check his facts before he publishes, not that unusual.
Nice photo of all the cast from Denis Ten's "Vkontakte":
Thanks, I just needed something to make me smile! This works perfectly!
Video interview with Stéphane Lambiel from Astana on our homepage: http://www.figureskating-online.com/stephane-lambiel.html
Stéphane and his stories behind the programs, always fun to listen.
Though it's completely off-top, but if someone is curious to learn more about the "Rock Circus" project he mentions in the interview, here are some videos:
Even though I like Lambiel's skating, I think for the very first time I understood why the girlies drooled so much over him! I'm not joining the bandwagon but I finally saw it.
Denis has started posting photos from his show experience on his Instagram. They all seem to have had such a great time! http://instagram.com/tenis_den/#
Great behind-the-scenes photos by Denis on his Instagram!
Figure skating: Denis Ten promises to hold ice show in Kazakhstan annually (KAZ news article in English): http://en.tengrinews.kz/show_and_st...o-hold-ice-show-in-Kazakhstan-annually-19735/
One last video from Astana on figureskating-online.com: Denis Ten interviews Alexander Gazsi about the show. :
In Russian, a written English translation is provided.
Why past tense? "Girlies" (we, that is) still are. And actually he has much more to offer to not only drool over him. One of the most interesting, funniest and nicest people (and interviewees) I've ever met.

More TV reports:
It's weird how little the TV reports show Carolina. It's mostly about the men, she wasn't in the press conference either. Although Caro is much more accomplished than Verner for example.
A little off-topic, but it is about Denis: We published a video clip with Denis from Worlds on figureskating-online com: Denis Ten (KAZ): http://www.figureskating-online.com/denis-ten.html
You're right, I used the wrong tense, it just came out that way for no reason. Of course there are plenty of reasons to like Stéphane, he seems to be quite nice! It's just that I couldn't see exactly what had caused such a strong reaction from the fans towards him, I usually can tell what it is, in his case I couldn't until now, I didn't have access to a lot of footage during his best years, so probably I missed a lot of stuff.
Interview with Stéphane Lambiel when he was in Kazakhstan: http://www.caravan.kz/article/63064
"Caravan" mentions at the end that they have "exclusive interviews with other famous skaters - Brian Joubert and Tomas Verner."
What are Stephane's "best years" exactly ? 2005 and 2006 when he won his two world titles and the Olympic silver? I guess for some it's hard to imagine that there may be fans for whom his best years are now when he has the freedom to expand his artististry. For me personally Stephane's best years have been from 2007 onward (in my opinion, that, or probably 2006, was when he started to emerge as a real artist). Anyway, what his "best years", whenever they might be, have to do with it? It's not like after leaving competition Stephane has become less charming, intelligent, witty, fun and passionate about everything he does (if you think that his competitive years were his "best years")). He has only become wiser and has even more thoughtful things to say, as he is very obviously one of those people who learn from life's experiences, and also from mistakes. And that is as if his skating and what he is like on ice wasn't enough to be utterly captivated and mesmerized. I think you are absolutely in the dark about the nature of Lambiel fandom. I am aware that there are some typical fan "girlies" among Lambiel fans as well, but there are many real fans too (fortunately, the majority of fans that I know are really serious about Stephane's skating).
As for Stephane in 'Rock Circus', and the "rock star" image in particular - of course, he is sexy there, but that sexiness is part purely physical, and part acted, while his natural sexiness is very different.
Probably you did.
Good quality videos from the show:
Nelli Zhiganshina and Alexander Gazsi
There will be more coming soon, I guess.
Here is the TV report with Carolina
Also, Carolina's "Imagine":
This is the program Stéphane talked about in his interview which was mentioned here earlier.
Interesting because Yuna‘s new gala (which was finished at April in Canada) music is "Imagine" too. Avril Lavigne version.
Well I guess that's an unfortunate coincidence! At least they are not using the same version ...
Here they are:
Brian Joubert: I'm still enjoying
Tomas Verner: I will jump into the shoe and suit
One more video, Stéphane's "Rigoletto":
Thank you, reut! Both of the two programs are so gorgeous. Luuuuuv them.
Some on and off ice pictures on our homepage www.figureskating-online.com:
Thank you, Eislauffan. Funny backstage photos.
Some more videos:
Stéphane Lambiel "Run"
Carolina Kostner "It's Oh So Quiet"
Fiona Zaldua and Dmitri Sukhanov + Brian Joubert "Luna Tu"
Finale in national Kazakh costumes (which were created for each skater personally and were presented them as a gift after the show):
Thank you, reut. Their Kazakh costumes and lighting are so gorgeous! Do they have any plan to organize Denis's shows next year?
Yes, Denis said that he would like to make such show annual. And some skaters wrote/mentioned that they would love to come back next year. So we'll see.
The show looks really nice, it's definitely tempting to go if they have it next year.
WOW That's a great news! Thank you.
