Just starting a thread for tonight's show!
Dances this week are the jive or the quickstep.
Jive and Quickstep should separate the "men from the boys." Len said last week he was looking forward to Jennifer's Jive.
On the other, there's going to be some horrors.
Whoever dressed Bristol has got to be a bitter liberal, because man, AFAIK, Bristol herself has done NOTHING to deserve wearing that monstrosity.
I've got a new measure of annoyingness - how elaborate and over the top is the person's gesture when they get introduced. A small wave is on one end of the continuum and winks and pointing are on the other end.
I love Rick and Cheryl.
Injury or no injury, the guy is entertaining.
A very good routine and good effort from Rick. His looks and physicality are a plus.
I thought like Len, that if there was one dance that would be Rick's nemesis, it would be the jive. If this is his worst, he can go really far.
Great start to the show! Rick's jive was excellent considering his height!
That was fun from Rick. I thought he was better last week, but still fun.
It was much better than I thought it would be, but I didn't think it was as good as Len did. Enjoyable way to start off the show.
I'd jive with Rick.
That's the attutude, Florence!
wheeee, go Florence!
I thought Florence did a very good Quickstep. I didn't like the weird ending or Corkey's antics.
Much better this week without the comedy.
Nice effort Florence, but it was not enough, IMO.
As Bruno said, it was like driving Miss Daisy...
Florence was moving with such ease in most of that! Too bad that the singer was such crap (what else is new..)
I think Bruno was a little harsh, I thought she moved well. Rick really did a good jive for such a tall person.
Max's shaking ass... An ass you could eat breakfast off of...
Brandy's jive was good with some nice footwork. Hated her solo. Drop the attitude, honey.
Len will not like the solo.
Sigh. Why couldn't Maks have Jennifer and Derek have Moesha.
I expected more of Brandi. There was a lot of posing and filler in there.
I'm late but I have DVR and I'm fast-forwarding through commercials.
1) I think Cheryl enjoyed getting a spank from Rick.
2) Corky didn't need to do the pretend "she stepped on my foot" bit at the beginning and his handkerchief bit at the end. I would have been fine with it gone. Also his facial expressions sucked.
3) I wonder what Mak's shirt said since they felt it was necessary to blur it out in the practice video. Also why do they always have to have the naughty school girl outfit in the jive?
I liked Brandy a lot better last week.
Jennifer was the worst, like some drunk cougar chaperoning one of her kids parties trying to pick up a teen
The jive was her opportunity to separate herself from the others who are older, not as fit, or less experienced at performing. I don't think she took much advantage of it.
Mak *ss is too big
It could have been something interesting, but I think they also blur out compay names
Sarah Palin sighting.
Boy...watching Brandi with Maks makes me want Mel B to return. Brandi and Maks don't have much chemistry. And she acts like a teenager. She isn't at this point, is she?
Chelsie must be longing to have Ty Murray back again. He didn't dance well but he had the best attitude.
Michael moves like he's Florence's age.
chelsie gets the clumsy ones, but she is a great teacher and choreographer to cover some of the issues
but that sucked.
A poor effort from Michael. Very little and basic footwork. slow and boring.
There are plastic mannequins with more physical expressiveness than Bolton.
Chelsie has legs for miles. Shame she has to waste them dancing with Michael Bolton. I guess it could be worse--he could be singing instead.
Well I said a butt you could eat breakfast off of... And more to grab at... Yum
Chelsie is so cute
One of the best female dancers there, but Michael is ...
Bruno: you should have stayed in the dog house...
Len and Bruno. WTF?
Aww Chelsie is adorable... Too bad they won't last this week.
Separate names with a comma.
