Wow, that's quite an itinerary! I haven't been to some of those places, and I'm impressed you're even going to stop in Sion (my town).

The itinerary doesn't mention Lausanne at all, but IMO the Olympic Museum is quite awesome (and right by the lake - pretty scenery).

On Day 12, I'd strongly advise going at least up to the Kleine Scheidegg, if not all the way to the "Top of Europe" (Jungfrau).

And of course allezfred didn't mention it, but if you like cheese: fondue is a must! (preferably in a mountain resort - it'll probably be too warm in other places)

I don't really know what more to add, the tour organizers seem to have covered all the most interesting things. I hope you'll have a great time! :)

If you're lucky with the weather during a free period and are feeling energetic, ask your local guide or the city tourist office if there are any nearby mountain valley walks you could fit into your schedule. You can hop on a Postbus running up a valley, then walk back down. Take a bottle of water and a snack with you. You'd want reasonable walking shoes for this, of course.

There are four optionals I would like to do. (Look under optionals tab)
    1) KLEINER MATTERHORN EXCURSION
    2) JUNGFRAU EXCURSION BY COG-WHEEL
    3) SWISS HERITAGE
    4) SWISS EVENING

Thanks guys. Unfortunately, my American friend cannot go with me now. She tore her rotator cuff, and is now in the hospital with cellulitis. :(

Well, so far so good. Didn't get to the Olympic museum, but I saw where it was, and where United Nations was. Had a cruise on Lac Lemans. It has been hot here. This is my last night in Villars, a town 1200m up in the mountains. What a trek to get there! Such snake like roads. In 2 days I will see the Matterhorn. TTYL!
