    It's Sunday night!! :cheer2:

Episode's going to be VERY late here on the East coast for those who are getting the Tennessee/Dallas game. Hmph. And now CBS is insisting on showing us the end of the San Diego/Oakland game. Do. Not. Approve.

TV guide description for tonight's episode... No spoilers, but I'll put it in spoiler tags just in case someone doesn't want to know anything about the episode!
The race continues in Ghana, where some teams are stumped by a deceptively simple quiz and one person requires medical attention because of the punishing heat.

I wish they'd banish football to the internet like they apparently have for figure skating!

It follows CSI Miami here :D Given my game placement, this may be the only thing I have to brag about this season :slinkaway

The episode will be starting at 8:58 for everyone who's affiliates unfortunately were showing them the Dallas/Tennessee game.

/*Don't read if you don't want to know anything*/

I'm not liking voleyball dudette one bit. Listen, if you're going to call your cab driver a son-of-a-***** make sure he's not right in front of you. And she called blonde doc "dumb doctor" because she didn't know where the place is...yeah because the doc knows Accra like she knows her own house.

WTF?? How everyone missed that key is a mystery

Some were even looking back at it!

Sitting through Andy Rooney is particularly annoying when Amazing Race is almost an hour late.

We must breath deep and find our zen place. Especially since Andy is talking about giving up ice cream.

And we're off. I've totally forgotten who I predicted to leave this week.

Gleeks did very well. They have good attitudes.

If I was Vicki, I wouldn't be saying I'm sorry. I'd tell him to stick one of those rakes up his a$$

Chad continues to charm - not.

He's lucky Nick was around to look even worse.

    Team Glee rocked this leg!!!

Resigning myself to the doctors going...stupid bad taxi luck. At least I didn't pick them to actually win...

Can we say clueless? Actually, some of these teams give a whole new meaning to clueless.

    Well, I did :fragile:

My hope is Team Dumb will flunk the geography quiz.

OMG did that one team fill in the entire map before they found Ghana? (Or do the kids do the non-ghana countries in between?) I really liked the teacher "clap for them"

Chad had the right strategy of observing how the children were doing it.

Aw- tatooed jerk is finally being nice now that she's having an asthma attack. That's nice of him.

I should learn people's names. I don't know any except Claire- and I don't know which one she is (is she a shopping host? or a doctor?)

Gee, Nick, your girlfriend has to have an asthma attack to stop being a dick? I'd dump him right now.

Of course, I wouldn't have dated him in the first place.

ARGGGHHHHH...I'm sure I'd picked the jerk to leave.

I can't believe he entered the race if he's in that bad shape.

So are we looking at non-elimination here? Otherwise, wouldn't it just have spent more time on other teams, and then cut to them being eliminated? (Or Doctors getting themselves really lost? I thought they had already checked in.)

Oh no...This doesn't look good for Kevin and his Dad. :(

Got back from Thanksgiving in time to catch things on CTV Regina, only to find out you guys in the US literally got nailed by the NFL. Nice to be watching it at the same time w/everyone, as I didn't think that would happen tonight. :)

    YAY Team Glee!!

Wonder if the Teams going back to work on that school will also end up discovering the Decoder Key? I've seen teams miss something right in front of them before, but this is a new high, or low, for TAR when it comes to something so obviously being in front of a team. Yi yi yi!!

I wonder how far behind Kevin and Michael are? And for how long were the doctors lost?

Weird to have a non-elimination leg so soon.

:cheer2: to NEL. Loving dad & You Tube Son.

Too bad they can't have a 'jerk penalty'. There's a few boyfriends who would still be in time out.

17 seasons of watching this show, and the NEL surprised the hell outta me tonight!

I have a bachelors in geography, tiny pieces of me were slowly dying with the map task. :fragile: Props to Gary & Mallory for getting it on their first try. They automatically are my favorite team because of that. :p

:cheer2: Team Glee and Samson the awesome taxi driver!!!

I'm continually impressed with KY and dad, they seem to balance each other so well!!

Going down in my estimation is v-ball girls with their yuck attitudes toward their driver and of course Nick who sounded like a spoiled child much of this leg. I do like Vicki and  at the background music and editing as they struggled to find Ghana on the map.

I'm worried for the doctors, I know they had taxi trouble (didn't they?) but they seem to be in slow motion.

I also liked how the two of them were waving their hands to be called on when they asked the kids where Egypt was.

I would have WON that African geography task (I mean, I can literally draw a country-by-country world map in my sleep), and the language/pattern recognition task. :p

And Team Glee found it right away.

I couldn't belive it when the doctors' taxi driver refused to turn around.

I was so excited for Kevin and Dad!! GO DAD!!! You rocked for not giving up even when you knew you were so far behind! I got big tears running down my cheeks once I realized that it was a non-elimination round!! I don't know a lof the names of the people yet but Tatoo Boy has got to go! His attitude and nastiness to his girlfriend was totally nasty!

I enjoyed Team Glee coming in first!!

It is really "amazing" to me that only one team figured out that you needed a key to crack the many different symbols! DDDDDDDDUUUUUUUUHHHHHHH!!! The whole thing of not reading the clue thoroughly and following step by step directions is such a DDDDUUUUUUUUHHHHH moment! And don't even get me started on the geography that we apparently are not learning in school!!

I sure hope they make a big effort to sort of rub their noses in the common sense factor to something and of course to give something back to that community.

Looking forward to next week!! :encore: :encore: :encore: :watch: :watch: :watch:

I learned where every country in the world is located and its capital, but that was in 9th grade. I couldn't tell you now...

And students at the school where I teach learn them all in 9th grade as well.

We'd be lucky if they still exist; I would waste half an episode looking for the Belgian Congo, just so I could eliminate it as not being Ghana.

Now, don't get me started on the teams who didn't seem to realize that "pair of wheelbarrows" meant two, not one.
