All my picks seems to be doing well enough this season.

TNT renews "Franklin & Bash" for season 4:
I watched three minutes of "Reign" and I stopped. The second episode of "The Tomorrow People" sucked. I think my mind is no longer capable of keeping my attention focused on an entire episode. Heck, my mind wanders during a figure skating routine.
I got around to watching the first episode of da vincis demons. A cameo by Lord Grantham and Thomas Boleyn, in all his scheming glory? Im there.
I'm with you on Reign. I think I got only 1 minute. I tuned in and thought "Is this really supposed to be set hundreds of years ago?" The use of language, the costumes, the make-up and hair - I didn't bother to see whether anything else was worth watching.
It got panned by the NYCC crowd. I will say that The Tudors had the same problem in the beginning of being too focused on the sex and sizzle but improved considerably once the other characters became more prominent. However, the Tudors had an excellent cast with Natalie Dormer, Henry Cavill, and Sarah Bolger being breakout stars. Reign's cast is ok. Torrance coombs played Thomas Culpepper as a sociopath quite well but was also quite likeable in Endgame. Neither of the two other leads made me sympathize with their characters and I don't think Megan Follows and Kieffer Sutherlands brother can ever hold a candle to Nick Dunning and Henry Czerny in the scheming department. And I liked Alan Van Sprang better with the eye patch.

Laughing my way through Reign/aka Tudors 2.0 but omgosh, Megan Follows (Anne of Green Gables)!! Not buying this show at all but my inner child demands that I watch for her.
Also, Terrence Coombs
And can't wait for Hieroglyphs! I was a huge Egypt history nerd growing up - not that I expect this to abide by history, but I'm so watching. Sounds like good people involved in production.
SYFY renews "Face Off" for a 6th season:
TV ratings for Sunday October 20/2013:
Is there a reason, good or otherwise, that I am watching a re-run of Sleepy Hollow instead of the promised new episode?!
"Almost Human" premiere delayed 2 weeks: http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsideth...ed-bones-stays-on-monday-a-little-longer.html
What a bummer! Fox is delaying everything in the name of World Series baseball! And I still don't know why it is called the World Series!
Was FOX not aware of when the World series is usually played?
TV ratings for Monday October 21/2013:
I can understand wanting to premiere "Almost Human" after the World Series (good ratings and exposure), but this should have been scheduled months ago. It's still one of the shows I'm looking forward to seeing this season.
And Buzz - I was expecting a new episode of "Sleepy Hollow" too. I don't understand showing a rerun after 4 weeks. I watched "Beauty and the Beast" instead.
Another thing. Can someone pleeeease explain what is funny about "2 Broke Girls"? I checked it out last night (after not watching the first season) and find nothing funny about it. I can't believe it's watched by so many people and gets good ratings. I felt like i wasted 30 mins of my life. What am I missing?
Amazing that even when it's a rerun out of its usual timeslot and up against two hugely rated shows (Voice and DWTS), Big Bang Theory still brings the big numbers.
Completely selfish but ... I for one am okay with the delay of Almost Human -- I'm going to be away at the beginning of November and wasn't sure how I was going to juggle the recording with Once Upon a Time, Battle of the Blades, and a couple of mystery series on Knowledge.
"The Big Bang Theory" does huge ratings in syndication for TBS also. It's how I got hooked on the show. I still watch TBS "TBBT" reruns if nothing else interesting is on.
Something that rarely happens.
The second episode of "American Horror Story:Coven" does better than the Premiere episode: http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/20...ampaign=Feed:+Tvbythenumbers+(TVbytheNumbers)
"Homeland" and "Masters of Sex" renewed by Showtime: http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/20...newed-for-a-second-season-by-showtime/210840/
Wow, that is indeed very rare. Bodes very well for the entire season.
Same here. TBBT has kind of become my go-to show when I turn on the TV now. I rarely watch TV except for the shows I record but if I am bored enough to turn it on, it seems that TBBT is on TBS and so I watch it. It isn't as satisfying as reruns of The Golden Girls or Roseanne but I love it.
