I can understand wanting to premiere "Almost Human" after the World Series (good ratings and exposure), but this should have been scheduled months ago. It's still one of the shows I'm looking forward to seeing this season.

And Buzz - I was expecting a new episode of "Sleepy Hollow" too. I don't understand showing a rerun after 4 weeks. I watched "Beauty and the Beast" instead.

Another thing. Can someone pleeeease explain what is funny about "2 Broke Girls"? I checked it out last night (after not watching the first season) and find nothing funny about it. I can't believe it's watched by so many people and gets good ratings. I felt like i wasted 30 mins of my life. What am I missing?

Completely selfish :D but ... I for one am okay with the delay of Almost Human -- I'm going to be away at the beginning of November and wasn't sure how I was going to juggle the recording with Once Upon a Time, Battle of the Blades, and a couple of mystery series on Knowledge.

"The Big Bang Theory" does huge ratings in syndication for TBS also. It's how I got hooked on the show. I still watch TBS "TBBT" reruns if nothing else interesting is on.

Same here. TBBT has kind of become my go-to show when I turn on the TV now. I rarely watch TV except for the shows I record but if I am bored enough to turn it on, it seems that TBBT is on TBS and so I watch it. It isn't as satisfying as reruns of The Golden Girls or Roseanne but I love it.

I loved Murder She Wrote and will give NBC the benefit of a doubt.

I think a Murder she wrote reboot could work! At its heart it is just a mystery every week and those are always fun to watch.

Although I loved Angela Landsbury, I thought the original Murder She Wrote was really hokey. A reboot could be great -- and I can completely picture Octavia Spencer in that role.

I'm looking foward to Dracula tonight although today's newspaper gave it a mixed review. There was some mention about how it seemed more like the love child of the original novel and a Dan Brown book.

Just caught up with Thursday's The Big Bang Theory. Did anybody else think that the song Howard wrote for Bernadette was the most romantic one, like ever? I cried like a weeping baby! (I don't know where else I should say this so I'm writing here)

Loved Dracula last night. Thought it was great. JRM makes a much better Dracula than he did Henry VIII.

Me three! I absolutely loved it. So sweet, and still consistent with the geekyness.

I know some people have said that BBT has gone downhill and isn't as fresh or funny as it used to be. I disagree completely. First of all, no show can possibly stay "fresh" for long. But what BBT has done is allowed its characters to really grow, and they've found new, deeper layers of funny mixed with all kinds of other emotions. I don't think the well is bottomless, but for now at least they're still tops in my book.

I totally agree. They're not afraid to let their characters grow.

I also think that this week's episode and the one with the Scavenger hunt were excellent.

I loved it too. In a lot of ways, I think TBBT is better because the characters aren't one dimensional.

Ugh I don't know what to make of season four of The Walking Dead. Sure season two was relatively weak but its nothing compared to this season. I just have no emotional connection to the new characters.

Based on it's week to week results, I think Mom's pretty safe for a renewal for next season (especially considering it's airing at 9:30 pm)
