I said the same thing in the Mids thread in K&C - I know loop has never been a good jump for her and apparently she was getting "e" calls on the flip.

Just saw Max Aaron's new SP on IN (where he blew away the competition) and it's F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S! :hat1: He's a dancer on ice, or rather PAN on ice, WOW!

OMG, OMG, I just saw this!!!! Can't believe he's skating to one of my all-time favorite songs, which I posted about extensively on GoldenSkate right before the 2010 Olympics, along with this video:

I wouldn't be so sure about this program as Florent says there that he "has matured it since then so that it reflects his own personality". I'm afraid "his own personality" if reflected in all those vulgar moves I'm not a very big fan of. :D

Wow, Amodio really has guts to choreograph his own long program in an Olympic season. I personally don't know of him being an experienced choreographer.

    Ditto! :hat1:

Seems like more & more skaters are choreographing themselves (e.g. Rachael Flatt, Joshua Farris). Imho this recent trend was started by Jeremy Abbott, whom blew everybody away when he choreographed his masterpiece Exogenesis:Symphony by Muse. This can only be a good thing, as it really shows the skater's soul, and thus far has been a very successful trend (here's hoping it continues)!

On that note, cannot wait to see Florent's "La Vie en Rose"....ahhh....:)
