'Cause I'm sick of sitcoms. :) The only one that has even remotely interested me in the past few years is Reba's new one, and even that one I've only seen twice.

I haven't remembered to watch Apt 23 'cause it's on against Mindy Project. I caught this week's episode, though.:rofl::kickass: That DWTS flashblack and redo was gold. I'll try to watch it in January. Buh bye New Girl.

i have killed another show, the bold is for heather:

Well it’s not like the show wasn’t already cancelled. But to put another nail in the 666 Park Ave. coffin, ABC is pulling the remaining episodes from its schedule.
Starting Jan. 6, comedies Happy Endings and Don’t Trust The B—- in Apt. 23 will run Sunday nights in the former 666 slot. Endings will air at 10 p.m.; Apt. 23 at 10:30 p.m. The duo will still air on Tuesdays, as well, at least until the Dancing With the Stars results show takes over.
An ABC spokesperson says the network still plans to continue running the remaining episodes of Thursday’s similarly axed Last Resort, if that’s any consolation. The remaining episodes of 666 will likely air sometime this summer.

I have to admit, a Once Upon a Time/Revenge/Happy Ending combo will make me the happiest tv viewer ever.

Well, I'm bummed for 666 Park Avenue (and irritated that they apparently won't be airing the last episodes for a while  ) but I love this new Sunday lineup too. I don't know if the ratings will improve but Happy Endings and Don't Trust the B will be nice upbeat shows to watch after OUAT and Revenge break my brain, LOL  :cheer:

I'm watching Downton Abbey Seasons 1,2 and 3 now. I gather season 4 is coming up? What channel is it on in Canada, and when does it start? (I don't want to read the whole thread)

Hey - I watched Sound of Music too - hadn't watched it for decades. I still remember the family going to see it at the theatre, but as usual my Dad made us late so we missed the whole first part and arrived while Mother Superior was singing Climb Every Mountain, then we stayed for the beginning of the next showing until we had see the whole film out of order. Typical of my Dad - he was always the cloths horse of the family and never gave himself enough time to get ready. (Unfortunately that is a habit I picked up for many a year - still working hard to overcome it.)

Being late, I mean. I have never been a cloths horse.

Nashville soundtrack on Amazon for $3.99. Bought it last night. Connie sounds better than the tv version (which isn't that hard to do). :shuffle:

And who still watches "How I Met Your Mother"?

Only seasons 1 and 2 have aired in Canada. Season 3 aired in the UK a couple of months ago, starts in Canada and the US in January on PBS (tho I know some eager beavers here just couldn't wait and found various online ways to get it early).

Season 4 has been announced, but not aired anywhere in this universe -- since it hasn't been filmed yet. :D

Season 2 of Bomb Girls starts on Wed., Jan 2 on Global.

I really must watch the last episode of season 1 again before that to remind myself how things ended. They were still on the Global web site the last time I checked.

They recently re-aired the season 1 finale and I watched it to refresh my memory. Can't wait for more - I was so afraid the one run was all we were going to get.

Arrow will be back in January and The Following starts January 21st. I am excited about this new show of Bacon's. it is about time one of his tv projects turns into a hit.

I saw Back To The Beginning and loved it. Anything is better than watching re-runs.
